Good software does what it's supposed to do. I use it to line up the cameras. I have had 2 cameras for 3 years now. Never a problem. One front the other back of the bike, always recording on 64 gig cards. Hope you guys come out with a 1080p 60 fps version/4k one day.

you have to press the wifi button each time to connect to this phone's app. I was told the developers will be updating the firmware in May 2016 to allow automatic connection.....never happened. App hangs.

The Biker Pro camcorder takes a little time to set-up. But worth the time and effort. You can do it ! ! Remember to read the setup procedure slowly. Use (all), current updates and remember to take an SD Card 8GB up to 64GB make sure the card is formatted to FAT32 ! ! Then Copy the file named: ‘FWSCIFC.bin’ to your micro SD card. Do this from the SD card slot on the computer, or a (Card Reader) from your computer. What ever is the easiest. Insert the micro SD card into the main controller and turn it ON. Let it copy into the unit. Then take the SD card back out, make sure to erase the file FWSCIFC.bin from the SD card. Then reinstall it back into the main controller.

Useless software...doesn't get past title page before stalling and doing nothing

Works as described. Fairly basic, but works exactly as described. My experience with support was good. The only issue I have is with the Bullet HD firmware in that you have to press the wifi button each time to connect to this phone's app. I was told the developers will be updating the firmware in May 2016 to allow automatic connection.....let's hope so.

The bullethd developers are always improving this app. This new version is the best yet. Install the latest 2016 firmware and WiFi/Android performance problems some were experiencing are all fixed! (good stuff)

At first, like others, I was upset that the app didn't work. Upon reading all of the instructions you must have your phone connected to the camera controller's wifi. I uploaded the latest firmware and connected to the camera controller's wifi through my phone and only then would the app fully open and run. You must be connected to it's wifi for it to work. I wrote to the developer asking to at least have it open past the splash screen because it gives a false sense that the app doesn't work.

Updated firmware, turned on cam, turned on and connected to wifi, it goes past the initial logo but then gets stuck on loading... so can't change any settings and can't see the recordings. Will keep playing with it but as of now, the only way to change any setting or get the videos is to pull the SD card out (can edit the txt file to change settings). Update. Apparently FW was failing to update and so WIFI wouldn't work. Finally after a successful FW update, the app connected to the camera as it should and it works perfect. Hint. SD card has to be formatted with allocation unit size = 32 kilobytes, otherwise FW will not update.

I don't have the camera yet, I still expect the app to start up. As it is now it's just a wallpaper picture. Makes me wonder if I should buy the camera.

Can't even get it past the front screen

Often does not capture video randomly without warning. Corrupt file.

The app shows the wall paper only. I updated the firmware on my cam to the newest one, and still get nothing.

This app is my best guess at the one to use with the BulletHD Biker Riding Camcorder. The app doesn't often make it past the initial loading screen, and when it does it stalls at the Loading spinner. I was expecting great things from this app/hardware pair; to say I'm disappointed and frustrated is an understatement.

Doesn't work and I can't change the camera settings without it. I suspect Jon Smejkal is with the manufacturer.
