Assistenza tecnica SN

NetAssistanceSN è una applicazione che consente alla propria rete di assistenza tecnica di operare in modalità off-line, utilizzando tutte le informazioni tecniche rese disponibili dal gestionale StarNet. Tramite una connessione al sistema informativo aziendale (via LAN o Internet) gli interventi inseriti vengono inviati al gestionale mentre tutti i dati necessari alla applicazione vengono ricevuti ed aggiornati in locale. Disegnato appositamente per schermi da 7 pollici o maggiori per facilitare la consultazione dati, consente una agevole apposizione della firma direttamente sullo schermo del tablet per generare quindi i moduli di intervento in formato PDF che vengono inviati via mail al cliente e al centro assistenza.

Per il corretto funzionamento è necessaria l'infrastruttura intranet StarNet.
