Let us discuss about the benefits of 200 pushups a day. Try this only for a couple of months and you will be surprised to see the results. To try this, don't start with 200 pushups on the first day. First, start with warming up exercises and then do 10 -15 pushups on the first day. In The Sixth Week
Your ability to push yourself beyond 150-200 pushups would increase. This is when you will feel that pushups are a kids play for you.

In The Seventh Week

It does its jobs with minimal ads. the counter on the pushup isn't very useful though. Better count out loud stand up and just pushing the number you did

The app has nice interface but if you don't touch the screen properly it won't count your push-up. I have to focus on touching the screen instead of making push-ups. And if I miss one I'm distracted to find a way to fix the count.

I've only been using this for a few days now so too early to give a strong review. But it really needs Google Fit integration so all workouts are tracked in one place. Also, Fit integration should automatically tie in with Google Calendar goals. Two birds with one stone, as it were.

Loved it and so easy to use .how about if have a say 80 push ups and it splits it up for you into five sections. and it times you to see how long it takes you to do as a challenge and everytime you complete it section and let you rest but then you can choose how long you want to rest for before you start again so round 1. 20 pushups round 2. 22 push ups round 3. 15 push ups.
