The e-services doesn't work. It will refer me to the websites. A waste of space to keep this useless app.

Ever since they changed the interface, it has been super duper slow. And the font is so big u gonna scroll from left to right to see some details.

I wanted to change my iu unit number since I've had it replaced. However, when I entered my correct singpass id and password, it stated my account was invalid or password is wrong till I got locked out. I went to YCK CC to change my password but still I can't log in my singpass into this useless app. Screw you guys now I have to keep paying hourly rates to enter my own carpark
Features takes ages to load and some options when activated are barely visible, have to mess around with the clumsy interface and figure things out. Pls, don't update for the sake of it and for the purpose of modernizing the look.

This is my first time using the e-service via Mobile@HDB and I find it easy to locate the e-services. My application went through smoothly without hiccups.
Went to apply for a new season parking using this app. They gave me a transaction number at the end if it therefore i assumed that it was safe to park my bike at the carpark. A week went by and i received 2 season parking fines which were not supposed to happen. The app should indicate if the transaction was successful or not to avoid customers like myself assuming that they have paid and cause problems such as this. If this doesn't improve then honestly, this app shouldn't even exist.
It's very convenient for me to renew season carpark, also I don't need to call up or head down to cck HDB for changing temporary carpark due to oversea trip.keep it up!! p/s Will it be possible to have top up cash card or flash card feature as well?
Every tap i gets a prompt to download google chrome. restricting to chrome web browser only. Not fun at all.. please revert to the old method.
Read about it in the newspaper, got excited and downloaded the app then discovered it doesn't worked. HDB should test the app first before putting it to the news. How embarrassing!
Very slow response time and hang most of the time. If you do not want your blood pressure to shoot up. Dont use it.
Crappy apps, slow and hanged. Not even able to complete one single transaction. This is my third time installing this after few upgrade. Still, as crappy as before if not worsening. You guys dont test before releasing to street? Get it fully tested before its release.
The app keep giving problem whenever I tried to key in detail in it. Thumbs down.
Now when checking via Carpark Code...no more address to inform user....

The app totally sucks. It doesn't work at all. It just got stuck at the loading page forever. Tried on 2 Android and 1 Apple devices, all same results. IT totally useless!!!

Cannot do d2pay transaction at all. Check with bank and they said their server are all fine. Thought my phone. Tried using numerous phone. Still unsuccessful. Last resort, I used the computer in hdb itself. Couldn't go through at all.
