Updates regarding onsite Restaurants that were closed, events for the day are useful. Not very interactive... adding more functionality like room service menu with one button ordering, ability to make spa reservations,etc would greatly improve it. Right now Its a novelty app.

Nobody in the hotel new how to login until someone finally said it was in Beta and not fully developed yet. So it at least tells you the name of the restaurants. It looks like it has much potential

Its ok as far as highlights. Needs a lot more info added. Such as: restaurant menus, actual event information like shows, kids club activity schedule, spa or salon service schedule etc. Its not a on stop shop. I still relied on my building manager Diane who was awesome.

The app needs work smooth out the interface. The notifications system is a bit buggy. I think the developers need to visit a resort and use it for week.

App crashes frequently or freezes entire phone. Recommend a map of resort using GPS technology. Also, a list of activities and entertainment. Otherwise the app is exactly like the website.
