I made this app to help me keeping a record of my blood pressure.
When you first execute it, it asks for an User's name. After that, you will be able to add or delete more users by touching on the blue name of the current user.
When adding values, it selects the current time and date, but you can change those to add previous values. The systolic and diastolic values are mandatory, the value for the heart rate is optional.
While viewing the table you can select individual values and erase them, you can also export the table in a CSV file, coded with Unicode(UFT-8) and semicolons as separators. (Select menu->CSV format to get a reminder)
The graph is zoomable and you can also slide it. Checking the pulse option will show the pulse graph superimposed.
You can export the image too.

Great: It keeps the log, is easy to use, and doesn't send my data to someone else's servers. Bad: the export function does nothing but make a sound on my Galaxy S5. Would be nice: I wish I could add custom fields for entry and the csv, graph and log would be nice but not a must. I'm also supposed to be tracking my weight and temp is the reasoning.

Looks good. I particularly like that you don't require access to my files and other personal data. It would be much more useful if you would add some more fields. I would use them for weight and glucose but there is no need to label the fields. Good luck.
