Quitter for Android
I've been smoke free for 11 days now. Cravings were pretty bad today then I read on WebMD about apps to help you. They recommend Quitter. It might work well for someone planning to quit but not for someone who recently quit do I uninstalled it.
The spam ads are ridiculous. It actually opens an internet browser and is impossible to get back to the app. Additionally it requires location be turned on which kills my battery life. Not helpful, not well designed, and not a useful tool at all. Worst app I have EVER downloaded.
Nothing else needs to be said.
I tried it gave it the benefit of the doubt, was hard to understand how to use. Progress always said 0% I am switching to a higher rated app, I'll be back when its a more user-friendly app I have faith in the designers!
As soon as I finished the interview questions ads began opening on my browser with me touching them. 5 to be exact. It closed the app and opened 5 ads I'm chrome. Annoying ads that bother you when you attempt to close the tab. As for the apps features, its greatly limited. I quit over a month ago and simply wanted to try a new app. This app has no way of back dating your last cigarette. Feels more like an add generator. Pay attention to the reviews,
Why r u people tripping BC you can't quit yourself? Pathetic... This is a great app don't rate poorly BC you suck. You guys must be from north Carolina or something
Just read how he/she replies to people and see yourself. Oh yeah, app sucks too.
I think the app is perfect. Ignore the negative reviews....remember we are all either quitting or trying to quit smoking and anger and irritability is a number one side effect.
Would not let me record or input any information. Thank you for wasting my time.
Wish it gave me the option to enter the date I quit

I think this app is easy to use and has helped so much! Quitting sucks, but I like knowing how much money I'm saving and being able to track my progress.
I just downloaded this, so as of now its two stars. It would be nice if there was a section telling you how to change things. I'm unable to change my last cigarette, time passed since last cigarette, etc. Pretty much all of the stuff on the section where we are supposed to record things. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or whats happening.
I assume that I am not doing something correctly...i cannot quite figure out how to use the app. I quit smoking 6 days ago and would like to put in my info and see what it says. A pack of cigarettes don't cost near $7 a pack where I live either so I would like to change that. I was on Web MD, reading about cravings and they said try out an app called Quitter. Not sure if this is the right app, but it got me here. Give me some feedback and keep up the hard work.

Its very frustrating to navigate. No place to enter last know cigarette. It wants you to record cravings which is fine. But it always tells you 0% complete. Super frustrating esp. When your quitting smoking
At first I rated three stars but had to change it because it sucks. Its been over three months for me and I'm still at 50 percent when they told me it would only take 2 months during the apps evaluation. Facts repeat themselves over and over. DO NOT RECOMMEND! IF you're looking for a good smoking app, download "quit now" . It's actually helpful. - To the reply... I am not blaming an app, as a matter of fact there is also NOTHING wrong with my will power. I did quit smoking, but with no help from your app. and YES that's what people are looking for when quitting is MOTIVATION. I'm sorry you may not be competent enough to understand that so please don't insult me because your application is garbage. I've found a better one. People want honest reviews and I gave them one, but thank you for your child-like reply. I think it's time to be a little more professional.
I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about; this is easy to use and has an appealing interface. I haven't quit yet and most of the stop smoking apps assume as a starting point that you've smoked your last. I've been wanting something that would help me track the cigarettes I resisted having and offer encouragement to keep it up - this app does that. The only thing I'm really missing in this app is a widget for those quick "ooh, I really want a cigarette but I'm not going to have it" moments.
Cannot record my last known cigarette and this would really help me with knowing my progress!!
Wont even let me enter when my last cig was. Deleting. Thanks for nothing.
Great app, was very encouraging! Haven't smoked in 10 days
I just installed it and now it won't open,it keeps closing by it's self, fix it please and thank you.
I would love to be able to change the date for the last know cigarette. My last was three days ago, but I found this app today to help me with the process. Since I am not able to enter in my last cigarette, I assume that is why the progress bar is at 0%.
You can't type in any information on when you quit and it will only give statistics when you record cravings. Everything on this app is as if you just quit.
