괌최초로 괌자자 게스트하우스를 2012. 8월 오픈하였습니다.

괌=호텔 문화에 익숙한 관광객들에게 현지 교포들의 사는 모습과 실질적 생활을 보여주고 있고 
저렴해서 찾는 게스트하우스가 아닌 편리하고 깨끗한 객실과 게스트하우스로서는 최고의 서비스를 자랑하고 있으며 내집같이 편안하고 아늑한 환경을 제공하고 있으며

현재 괌자자 1, 2호점(복층구조, 방3개, 욕실2개, 화장실3개, 거실, 주방, 놀이방, 바비큐장)과 투몬점(방2개, 욕실1개, 화장실 1개구조), 그리고 신축건물, 새가구등을 보유한 JJ 레지던스
(방2개, 화장실2개, 욕실2개 / 총 9채)등 총 12채의 하우스, 총 26개의 객실을 보유하고 있는 등 괌 최대의 숙박시설을 갖추고 있습니다.

아울러 괌자자를 찾아주시는 가족분들을 위하여 제휴호텔과 렌트카, 놀거리등을 특별가로 예약을 해드리고 있으며 선택의 폭이 다양할 수 있게 숙박+렌트카+놀거리 등을 묶은 패키지도 운영하고 있습니다.
