Grading of Sports Shooting

Since an OpenCV manager is required for a first time start-up, please download.
It is an application which reads the mark of the target of an air rifle.
Mark will be calculated, if a target is held up and a screen is touched.
It is displayed to a decimal point.
If it acts as Flick of the screen, it can go to the next.
When you do not focus autofocus, either, please choose from a menu button what is focused from "Focus."
Please understand that it is seemed that there are some errors by it.
