MDC 0013 – Mission to Sell is a high energy, Colonial Life Management Development Conference in Orlando, Florida, Jan. 8-10, 2013. Our top managers will learn about company news and strategies, as well as strengthen their skills in recruiting, people development and new account development. The goal is to lay a foundation for consistent sales growth across the country and to provide managers with the tools, training and support to help them grow their sales teams.

The conference consists of one-and-a-half days of intense training that will help current managers refine their skills. New district managers will have the opportunity to learn about the company's direction and will receive targeted tools and support they need to lead their districts to early success.
