It claimed to convert .AMR files to .M4A files. The notification "conversion complete" came long before the new file was actually available on the device. And the converted file was blank! no sound!

Works as advertised. I was able to batch convert AIFF to FLAC and M4A to FLAC with no loss in quality. The downsides are: The interface is clunky but manageable, and the converted files keeps its original names but with added numbers which is bothersome when it shows up on the music player, but a simple file renaming solves the issue

But loses all song information, leaves just the file name. Added unacceptable distortion to the song, maybe it's just occasional problem, but it happened. Going to use pc for conversion.
