جمعية النجيل الخيرية هي جمعية رائدة في برامجها وكفاءة موظفيها ورعاية مستفيديها وتواصلها مع المجتمع وتنمية مواردها تأسست عام ١٤٣٠هـ ومنذ ذلك التاريخ وهي في تطور مستمر في سبيل خدمة المجتمع ومن أهدافها :

١- تقديم المساعدات المالية والعينية للأسر المستحقة.
٢- القيام ببعض المشروعات الخيرية كمعونة الشتاء وفرحة العيد.
٣- مساعدة من يتعرضون للكوارث كحادث حريق أو تهدم البيوت.
٤- المساعدة في رفع المستوى الصحي والثقافي والتعليمي والاجتماعي.
٥-إنشاء المشروعات التي من أهدافها العناية بالطفولة والأمومة.
٦- تقديم الإعانات اللازمة كإعانة الزواج وتحسين المساكن.
