As an employee of WSF and a local to the area, The WSDOT app is the best way to access all of the information necessary to commute to work in 1 place. I absolutely love it.

Why are there ads???

Used to be great now i guess they want more money than our taxes so they plague this with ads. Does everything in the world revolve around money?

The ads work, sadly the app doesn't. Come on WSDOT, can't you have an app that can let us plan to use the ferry that is reliable and ad free. Our taxes support the system.

Doesn't get past tracking your route / don't drive while using. Typical Useless Washington information ...... DELETE NOW ...... DELETE NOW ...... DELETE NOW .....

Helpful information on highway traffic with annoying ads. I don't want ads on government websites.

Ads are absolutely inexcusable in government app. Otherwise very good.

Want ROAD CONDITIONS, info like black ice, etcetera. Want to see what problems are like BEFORE I go on the road. Doesn't have that. Had awful selections. Bad interface. Confusing to use. Had a "my route" option to use while driving, (but don't look at it while you're driving, it is stupid app in that way.) Was I-5 corridor centric. It was non-functioning, just like the 511 phone number and the DOT website. Useless. The app was extremely slow at 4 a.m. on a Sunday so can't blame it on an overload of inquiries. Just a bad app made by an inept, bloated bureaucratic DOT department and politicians trying to fatten their resumes. Could not find the information listed I was looking for. Impertinent. Arrogance at its most ridiculous. Cameras were in ridiculous places.

This app has f'ed me over countless times with their inability to estimate how many spots are actually left for the ferries. Especially since the increased traffic flow due to the Seattle pop. boom. I'm keep on making the mistake of using the app to plan my arrival. I'm currently in line waiting for a later ferry after arriving plenty early for the previous one. The app had told me there were plenty of spots, it seemed clear enough- then away went the ferry without me on it. The least WSDOT could do is update their "arrive at least 20 minutes before ferry departure" to "arrive at least an hour before ferry departure". The stars I gave for the overall function of the app, a lot of great resources, but with the ferry part; frustrated and fed up. Thanks Seattle boom.

Newest version not the best. Social media hidden into the traffic map. Very inconvenient.

The cameras weren't showing in 'Vessel Watch' on LG V20 running Nougat. Had to uninstall and reinstall, seems to be working now.

Great app, last update the social media button got lost..what's up, use Twitter everyday!

Gets better with each update. Ability to zoom cameras would be nice.

Any event that happens, the cameras get turned off or point in the opposite direction!? Isn't that the whole point if the camera section? To see road conditions?

App said nexus lane wait less than five minutes, get to the border and the nexus lane was closed do to construction. Border wait times are super inaccurate in general.

It would be much more helpful if it showed the updated departure times. Ex. - Bremerton Seattle timing is very different while one of the boats is on reduced power.

Has constant obnoxious flashing ads , inappropriate for a government service app

It's OK BUT BEAWARE THIS APP IS A BATTERY SUCKER. IT WAS AT 100 PERCENT AT NIGHT BUT IN THE MORNING IT SAID 12 PRECENT..

Freaking Ads, really!? Older versions did not have ads and were great now they have messed it up with ads that block content... ads for airlines! Don't update

Ads Suck So our tax dollar isn't enough. You need more revenue from advertisers? Time to delete this app.

Love being able to check the status of traffic ahead. In addition to being able to see other areas of travel when needed.

Appears to be a good app (kudos). But seriously, our taxes pay for WSDOT including this mobile app and we still have to put up with advertising! Enough already.

Couldn't find what traffic colors meant. I assume green is good, red is slow? Black is stopped? Would be nice if it would give you the average rate of speed for slow moving traffic.

I always check this app before I head out on the road!
