El Botón de Pánico de Alerta Tigre es una aplicación para smartphones del Municipio de Tigre que permite que el usuario registrado pueda enviar una alerta inmediata al Centro de Operaciones Tigre ante un hecho de extrema urgencia.
La aplicación envia directamente la alerta al Centro de Operaciones Tigre (COT) en donde un operador calificado recibe el caso y efectúa todos los pasos establecidos para dar curso a la situación y resolver el problema de manera rápida y efectiva.
Recuerde en casos de emergencia SIEMPRE llamar primero al 911. En caso que esto no sea posible, esta aplicación surge como una vía alternativa de contacto con las autoridades para denunciar un caso de emergencia. Tan sólo presionando el botón de pánico sus datos previamente registrados en el sistema y su geolocalización son enviadas automáticamente al Centro de Operaciones Tigre.
Si el hecho a denunciar lo permite, no siendo de extrema urgencia, la aplicación brinda además la posibilidad de editar en forma manual la geolocalización y añadir un texto descriptivo del caso, como información adicional que el usuario considere relevante.
Condiciones de uso y avisos importantes:
-Frente a una situación de emergencia debe comunicarse al número de emergencias 911 previo a utilizar esta aplicación.
-Esta aplicación es complementaria y de ningún modo suplanta ni reemplaza al número de emergencias 911.
-El uso de esta aplicación puede conllevar el consumo adicional de datos y resultar en facturaciones extra por parte del prestador del servicio, las cuales deberán ser abonadas por el usuario.
-El funcionamiento de esta aplicación está sujeto a la correcta conexión a internet, lo cual depende exclusivamente del estado del equipo utilizado por el usuario y de su conexión a internet a través de un plan de datos y/o redes wifi.
-La geolocalización depende de factores externos a la aplicación y puede ser inexacta.
-El uso de esta aplicación asume la aceptación de éstos términos y condiciones.
Los usuarios de la aplicación deberán suscribirse al Sistema de Protección Ciudadana Alerta Tigre en: http://www.tigre.gov.ar/alertatigre
