SSI Mobile Wage Reporting

I haven't able to properly use this app in over 3 months. At first, it wouldn't allow me to input my total wages for the month. Now it tells me my birthday is not a valid date. It's a great concept for an app in reducing the use of paper but seriously get some programers that can fix basic issues with information input systems

Had to install update only to have to scroll through almost 50 years of age to get to a birthday error which could not be bypassed. Terrible waste of time. Hopefully this will be corrected soon. Please correct this soon. Thanks!

I had to uninstall this app after the recent update because the calendar that is now used to enter the DOB would not enter the date in the correct format. After reinstalling, the app works fine. However, I personally prefer to enter the DOB manually over the calender as it is much quicker. Scrolling to find the correct date takes too long, even after changing the year to the one needed.

Birthdates are too difficult to enter, then when I finally get to the end, it says, "Unable to process your request. We could not find a match for the information you entered." I call a rep, a spend the whole morning on hold, they pull it up just fine but say to go to the local office to fix it. I go waste the entire afternoon at the local office, they pull it up just fine,but say to call the call center. Government inefficiency at its best.

Have not been able to use this app for months! When I go to enter the birthday it is supposed to be month/day/year. I set it like that and hit submit then the app switches to a different format that is not accepted. Totally frustrating. I have restarted my phone countless times. I have uninstalled and Installed the app several times and no luck. Totally bites. So looks like monthly office visits for me with three kids in tow. :( :(

New dob calendar update is broke and won't accept date that is set. Uninstall reporting App and reinstall will fix it as well as the can't connect message. Also note tap year on calendar and you can scroll a list to the year you need. This is more then likely much easier for our disabled friends out there. I know I always forget the / / between the numbers helping my son do this otherwise this is a great app quick simple to use and definitely much easier then that phone reporting nonsense

Latest Update makes it impossible to enter a valid date of birth. Even if you scroll one month at a time all the way back to 1964, the app will still not accept the date format, and there is no way to edit it. Right now it is not possible to use the app at all on an android system. In addition to fixing the date field so the app actually works, it would be nice if the app remembered who you are so information does not have to be typed in new every time.

This app is a waste of time. I haven't had the problem of entering my birth date as I read most people are having. It won't let me enter social security number. I can type symbols but it won't accept numbers. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to be able to type in one number but it won't accept any others. Just symbols. Turning my phone on and off didn't work either. What is the point of the app?

What's with the date? I can't put my son's actual birth date in. Used to be able to type it in but the new way doesn't work. If it is a glitch I'll wait but I will probably have to go in to submit wages. Worked great before the update. Who's bright idea was it to change it? Ugh

The new calendar update for the mm/dd/yyyy format for the dob is showing up as an error. When I go to use the calendar because of course we don't have a choice to insert it ourselves anymore, it doesn't want to function correctly. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM! THANKS.

When entering the date of birth instead of just inputting the numbers a calendar pops up. I have to literally go back to my birthday 32 years ago, one month at a time

This app use to be a godsend for me because it used to work correctly 100% of the time. But with the last update and change in the way you report your birthdate you now will receive an error message saying that the format is incorrect, despite being entered in by selecting your birthday off a calender and them entering the format for you. Guess it's back to the horrible automated phone system for me where I have to race through the spelling of my last name before it decides that it can't understand me.

Since I did the upgrade I don't like it because I cannot report my wages, first it was with the birthday I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. it's birthday section now works, but it doesn't recognize my account any more and there's no way I can report my wages for the month. I just give up.

Cant bypass the birthday part. Completely useless. Before update it always had an issues with the social security enter part and would only work sometimes. Now it doesnt work with the birthday entry part. This app needs to be uninstalled then reinstalled after update then it will work.

Haven't able to use the app for 3 months now! It will not let me input the social security numbers IT asks for. I hate calling in as it is time consuming and the automated system is a pain and really relied on the app to report in every month. Uninstalling. so done with this.

Terrible update I attempted to go back month by month until I got to the the right month 11 79 and it still would submit. I have no time to go to wait in that long boring office to print off wages and get it in time so I have to take off work. This update is garbage.

All- To put a DOB with the new system, touch the box for date, then when year will show up, touch and hold the year for 2/3 seconds, then you can scroll down to the year and choose the date. Still, it's a stupid move without letting everyone know.

I have tried to explain to SSA that app will not allow me to put in DOB. Its crazy you can not just type in date...ughh like who can scroll decades back to fulfill request. Not user Friendly now

Reinstall to use date picker, terrible code review... Can't enter birthdate with regular keyboard, the date picker that pops up enters a date apparently fine, clicking next says the format must be mm/dd/yyyy which it already is. making this entirely useless.

I typically don't review apps, but I had to make an exception. This app is not functional! What use to take me 5 minutes or less to do, now takes me an hour or more, because I have to get on the phone and wait to talk to someone. I tried the wage reporting line and that never works out for me either. FIX THIS APP, PLEASE! It would make things easier for everyone.

I tried this app a few times, then it wouldn't allow me to report (something about an error). I had to report and was desperate, so i reinstalled this app and it allowed me to submit. I try this app again...with my fingers crossed!! Now do not install this app!!!!!!

They added the email reminder system that I had suggested, and the SwiftKey keyboard issue seems to be resolved now. The only problem I've had lately was the date picker, and it was fixed by removing and reinstalling the app. I think they really want this app to be helpful, and it is.

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about but I just downloaded the app and reported my son's wages in less than 5 minutes. Until something changes I have nothing bad to say about this. Much easier than reporting over the phone!

When I first got the ap it worked great. But for the last few months it tells me that my birthdate is not in the proper format. Since you have to pick the date from a calender and it enters the date for you, I don't see how it thinks that.

This is one of the most annoying App ever. Some information won't type in, and when you enter the birth date it doesn't allow you to adjust to the year that you were born. Crazy

I have been reporting on this app for years without a hitch. I got a different phone and can no longer enter my ss#. I tried my wife's phone and had no trouble. I'm thinking there might be some glitch with certain phones.

I had to scroll through 43 years in a calendar to get to my birthday. This is very time consuming. I want manually to enter birith date.

This app was fine for last 2 months, now the date entry is changed and will not work. Hire a real android programmer please !

It told me I must enter a vaild date for my birthday. I entered in exactly how it is suppose to be, there is no other option! Last month it told me they can't find my information which is correct.

HINT #1: There is a smallish year number at the very top of the date picker dialog. Tap that number to bring up a scrollable list of years. Tap your birthday year and then you are guaranteed to have less than 14 taps to go to narrow it down to your specific birthday. HINT #2: For white screens, crashes, etc. just uninstall and reinstall the app (old settings are apparently incompatible with new app). P.S. 3 out of 5 stars in spite of this grief, as it still beats sitting in line at my local SS office. :@)

It will not let me add all my information and i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. This site is getting worse.

Gotta love the government. Using their in app calendar, it won't accept my birth date as the reporting party even though it is in the mm/dd/yyyy format. Am unable to report wages!!! Needs fixed ASAP!!

Well first was saying I wasn't me then they fixed that but the income part got all messed up. Some how they got that I made 3 times the amount I actually made and it messed everything up. It took over 2 months and almost weekly visits to the local office to get it finally fixed.

I haven't been able to use this app in 6 months. I use the number to report wages and now it says that I reporting the wages for the wrong person. That I need to call my local social security office. Well my local social security office is closed. So what do I do now??

I have to reinstall it every month in order for it to even work. It won't accept my birthday otherwise and the SSA worker gets upset when my income isn't reported using the app. Bad app and bad system!

Will not accept, has error message, very stressful when it is mandatory to report wages. Please fix as soon as possible. I have used this app many times and it has worked great in the past. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work correctly.

Date of birth field WORKS ON IPHONE, NOT ANDROID. After installing/uninstalling multiple times on my android, I gave up due to the date of birth entry issue. I installed it on my son's iPhone and it worked perfectly. A scrolling date bar showed up making it easy to enter the date. Never saw it on my android. Based on this, I'm thinking it's a platform compatibility issue. FIX THIS PLEASE!

I really don't see why everyone has such a problem with this app. My phone is the biggest piece of crap there ever was, and I had no problems with it at all. It was easy to download, and even easier to use.

Why scrolling down 1 page at the time just to go to the date of birth (40 years) when it come down to SSN press and hold down the number but it won't show up and use the Mic and still has issue

This October 2017, when it was time to report wages, I go through all steps and when I hit "Submit" it cannot be processed. The information does not match their records or something? So I call the number, tells me to follow text prompts, then that leads me to find local office number, then they tell me to just go into office to report wages. *Sigh* TIP! CLICK ON THE YEAR WHEN ITS TIME TO ENTER BIRTH DATE. THEN YOU CAN SCROLL THROUGH YOUR CORRECT BIRTH YEAR AND MONTH.
