NYC HRA Document Upload

I can't upload my documents it keeps feeling me to tap the square but there are no squares I restarted it and nothing I uninstalled it and it still does the same thing

There's no way to upload files from your phone or tablet's internal storage folders. You used to be able to upload files(jpegs, docs and pdf) straight from a regular computer to the main site. The app has a major handicap without this ability.

It doesn't let you upload anything I've tried countless of time and it just go back to the intro page , Bad enough we're trusting to send out personal info on such an app and for it not to work is frustrating and disappointing and this needs to be fix we're obligated to submit info and you guys should be obligated in making sure it's reliable for us to do so...

Horrible. HRA never even got my documents. Total waste of time

So far is working ok with me, i hope it continues to work and not like when i mail things to them that they "never get it"

It's a little confusing I guess use it a couple of time it will seem more easygoing

Never had a problem with this app until 5 day ago, has not allowed me to up load ANY DOCUMENTS AT ALL & no message sent nothing pops up on my screen just goes back to home page !!!!

I uploaded my documentation before my case was due and my case was close because the center did not receive my documentation. The received the documentation almost 10 days after I submitted they which caused my case to close.

Quick and easy. I had no problem last year.

The app is very convenient and easy to navigate, but I should have had the option to upload pdf docs which were already on my computer , when I submitted my application online using my home computer. Instead I was forced to download an app, take pictures of the docs which are not as clear as a pdf doc, and upload them using a phone or tablet. This made no sense since I was already on my computer when I applied for services. An option to upload docs when filling out the application online would be a smoother and less confusing process.

Past 2 days multiple times trying to upload documents and window keeps popping up "Document Upload Failed! We are currently experiencing technical issues. Please try again later". So disappointing.

Theoretically more convenient than going to an office somewhere, but I uploaded a ton of docs and only got a confirmation screen, but no emailing confirming what I sent. I'm looking at ACCESS NYC my case info right now and there's no record of them having received my documents well before the deadline. My case is in limbo now because this app isn't fully integrated with the case info.

I loaded my documents then went back and added another but no where does it tell me that I am finished. I feel like resubmitting. Only I submitted a 4th document and couldn't see previous documents. Also there is no copy for me to verify I sent it. No confirmation email or text, etc... don't like

I'm shocked at this horrible app it's asking me to answer the same questions as the form does i have been without food since September 30th I hate this now I have to go up there again and again ! Thanks a lot! Giving me false information

App dosent work does not let you upload documents. Stays stuck at uploading bar or says technical issues with app

I don't like the fact that I took the pics already and can not just pull them out my phone, also it gave me a problem with selecting identification. Besides that easy to turn in papers when you can not make it into a center.

A bit wonky in the beginning especially once prompted to take photos but you must wait for the app to walk you through. It's a bit touchy when it ask for permission to your photos too; that was a bit I intrusive and questionable. Had to uninstall then install because app doesn't allow you to refresh if you decline access to your photos.

This app is a lifesaver. I am disabled, permanently wheelchair bound, not to mention on treatment for pneumonia. How grateful I am to be able to recertify my benefits from the comfort of my sickbed. God bless the Creator of this app.

I been trying for 2 days on the website and the app to upload documents and it keeps saying under maintenance now I have no more time to send them and they probably will cancel my case.

I can't upload existing photos of my documents. Then i tried taking a new photo and it says, the version of this app is no longer valid. I uninstalled the app and then download it again and still pops up the same. Why does it have to be so complicated when trying to submit applications buy New York City government. It's just a shame.

It was really useful but I didn't know is that is after every picture I took I would say hi I would have to send me any I took each picture one by one and the last one and I just uploaded maybe I should read it over but yes it's a good idea

I am trying to upload my documents and it is giving me a error message telling me to tap the square when my documents are ready to upload and the boxes are checked to upload. I downloaded this app 3 times and got the same message. Not very helpful.

It's not working, I try to upload pictures but the page closes and I have to start again, I tried so many times and it's the same problem

So much easier than traveling an hour both ways to an over crowded office where u wait another hour just to hand in documents. Thank u

when uploading documents i get a "tap the square" window but there was nothing to tap so i cant upload anything i wish i could just upload pdf documents somewhere but instead i get a camera

Easy to use but it never goes to the center i sent my info threw here two times and my center keeps telling me they haven't received any information i sent from here so i must go in person.......

The app works great and it's probably the best creation related to HRA. You can upload all the documents in one shot, which saves you a trip to an actual office. Very good!

I HAVE A GOOGLE DRIVE THAT I SHOULD BE ABLE TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS FROM....WHERE IS THAT SUPER CONVENIENT OPTION???? Both hra apps is no help. Please create a real upload option.

This app sucks! Dont send your documents here. I been using it 2 yeara in a row and they never recived the documents i get lucky i always write down the confirmation number .

Very convenient and saves the trip and time to get to a job center. An update where one could reuse the documents to multiple categories accepting that same documents would be nice.

It keeps on saying there have techinchal diffucltes. And it says try again later. Please fix it ????????????????

Trying to upload for child care but I cant, it tells me that there are technical difficulties.

It's about time...much more easier and convenient for the people who are unable to spend an entire day at the office to drop of these documents.

The app was very simple to use . It is easier than making photocopies or faxing , so it saves a lot of time and transportation. Thanks HRA . ????
