The A.C.T.I.O.N. Center (Acting with Citizens To Improve Our Neighborhoods) can be used to report issues within the city limits. Issues such as graffiti, junk cars, potholes and streetlights out. Submissions are routed directly to the responsible department(s). Citizens can check the status of their submission and review the photo and location if this information has been provided.

Quite a useful app for reporting things like potholes and burned out traffic lights. They could add a few incident/problem types, including "abandoned bicycle".

Sent in a report about a few pot holes at the top of my street, within a good amount of time they had them filled in, ALL LINCOLNITES NEED THIS APP!!!

Every time I try to take a photo, it freezes and then crashes and doesn't work anymore. It says its compatible with my phone but obviously isn't with android 2.2.

This is great! I was able to take a photo of this annoying pothole and send it in. They got my photo and also got the GPS info too.

App is fairly easy to use but I couldn't figure out how to view the status. Nonetheless, great idea and the graffiti I reported was promptly removed.
