Why this App loading home page again n again after the selection of any kind of option button/link clicked ??

Information is fine but the user interface is not good. It seems the developer used same html code of desktop interface. They have to improve the html5 code. As of now, Normal web pages are much better than this app.

Plz don't waste my money, by paying money to this app developer. Not even unable get normal information also.

UI developed by a 3rd grader? Pity the type of crappy services catered to the masses. Could not expect more from a govt. portal app.

I tried clicking view more details link on passport status screen but it doesn't work.

Waste app...not able to navigate to any page and it is redirected to home page automatically...

App is not updated after May 2016. App has very outdated look, considering tie up with TCS, TCS should at least develop something better. And "ads" in government app ? seriously ? after all diff kind of taxes you need ads ? Or TCS developer decided to promote Bank of Baroda from App screenshot ?

Just include google map location link to make it even more user friendly... rest everything is awesome

Terrible app. Laughably poor & outdated design, half the links are dead (e.g "Click here for more details" in Status Tracker). This app shows just how much our govt cares about its own and the country's image. My 11 yr old cousin could make a better app and I'm not even joking!

This app belongs to stone-age people its not disigned for today's generation people. Government should invest some money to remake the app from a good company rather the looking for cheap app designing company to save money. Becoz that money is generated from all the citizens of the country and we demand the best for us and user friendly app

If you are born before 1972, you can NOT check status of your pending passport. The counter does not go older than 1972, gets 1972 as default and then returns error INVALID DETAILS! HATS OFF TO THE INCOMPETENT DEVELOPERS.

This app redirects to Web page and for passport applicants who are suffering, keep on suffering by officials. No hope, sushma swaraj never respond to mere commoners like us on Twitter or any other platform.

One of the better apps from government. The see more details in the status tracker is causing crash. This is mentioned in lots of reviews but still not rectified. Wonder why the people handling this is ignorant of this.

Found it extremely useful for a person, like me, getting started.. All titles in the App n all, I repeat, all the links, suggested for guidance n various information are very convenient.. Really very very pleasant experience.. More enthusiastic now to step forwards.. Thank you -the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India... :)

Worst design and worst response. Kindly get something useful for the public.
