While I agree the birthday thing needs to be updated, I really enjoyed the app otherwise! I didn't try to use it and be on the phone at the same time so I can't attest to that. But I have been having such issues uploading things via the website. It could never find my case. With the app all you do is snap a photo. The quality and size must come out amazing on their end because the case worker was able to read everything, even my hand written statement. Overall, after spending several hours over several days trying to make the website work or find a printer or fax machine to borrow, spending five minutes on this app made me want to throw a party.

Keeps restarting the app when i try to upload pictures of my documents. Its take to long to input my birthday...you have to continually tap 12 months to go back to your month & year of your birth

Your DOB entry is the most inconvenient thing. Why would someone want to scroll 20+ uears one month at a time?

this app wouldn't even accept the information i enter. Tried many times but negative.

It's convenient, but one can not be on call and fotograph as well as send documents while on call. Other than that I think it's great.

Useful cause I'm always on the go.

I absolutely hate how you have to put your birthday in. It doesn't work for me. I was pushing that thing forever trying to find my birth date. There's gotta be a better way. I was excited about the app until then. I've attempted to put my birthdate in several times after pushing the arrow for about 5 minutes to get to 1965.

This app is so that you can submit documents to the dpss system, the bad thing is that you cannot upload, you can only take an instant picture of any documents. In my case I must print and then snapshot, as opposed to other app where you just upload. Hate it! Needs work!

It won't load my case.

The screen freezes , then erases all the info you've entered!

It needs to be upgraded to offer a little more help online

This is a great time saver app...it makes it so I don't have to go down to their office and play the waiting game all day. People who are having issues with app. Note: follow directions..it helps complete applications with an iPad ,laptop,or PC because if u use your phone you will not be able to see all of the options(with most phones). Make sure you type in the correct case number .Good Luck! Also, after opening do not create an account say No then it will ask you for your EBT # or Case# answer one

Works just fine for me. Never had any problems. Those who are experiencing problems are most likely retarded and don't know how to read. I've never had any problems!!

When I click the cash benefits bottom, it appears. But the cal fresh sais loading and never appears!! Please fix. !! It's very inconvenient.

After scanning documents the submit button appears then gets cut off! I am on an android galaxy

When you upload documents the DPSS office cannot find the documents and still asks for originals. So this app is useless.

I have been getting a system down message ever since I downloaded the stupid app smh. So much for convenience...uninstalling.

Been trying all day but I keep getting a Service Down message. I'll change the rating as soon as it works and I can actually use the app.

The website is down and the app dont work. So frustrating. Nothing has worked for months now

Theres no point in this app. It keeps saying it's not available to upload pictures to prove income. Theres not many options. And if you press the "back" button on your phone instead of the app it kicks you completely out and you have to keep logging in. This needs to be fixed

Does not work since newest update. Was working pretty helpful prior. But only for CalFresh, nothing to do with MediCal.

I was recommended by DPSS Customer service rep to download this app to help upload any documents and check on status. I've tried many times today and i get the same "System Down" response....pls fix!!!!
