Thanks irs for literally doing nothing from January 23rd to February 15, us american people who work their a55e5 off every single day and pay your d4m taxes wanna thank you for making us wait an extra month or longer. By the way are you paying us interest and a penalty fee this year?

It's only tells me my refund was accepted.. No timeline. Website gives the exact same info and is just as easy to access. App just uses space on phone for no reason.

What good is it? App opens webpages. I have a freaking browser for that!! Stupid app that works as well as the website with links to garbage that doesn't address the issue. I'm just trying to pay my freaking taxes and all I get is the runaround! Seems like they are trying to drive people to the pay to pay option. SUCKS. I guess if you get a refund you may like it but it's absolute garbage for conducting business with them.

I'm trying to find out how much more I owe fqn idiots damn app doesn't say anything just wants to tell me i got a refund I know damned well I'm not getting for the tax year I'm trying to get information for. Bastards

This was a great app. Information required is specific for your account. They were very accurate. I just happened to check the refund status on Feb 14 and it said I would get it on the 15th. It arrived on time!

Apparently it's useless unless you have a return coming. When I tried to enter 0 as the amount of my "expected return" it just says, "Enter a valid amount"' and won't let me continue...

Everytime i put my social security and the information is asked it keeps saying that its the wrong to enter the information again. When i called the person whom filed my taxes told me that it was already approved by the IRS but in youre system dont show anything at all.

After dealing with the nightmare that is the irs I now exhibit a level of seething hatred i never knew existed. I filed back on Jan 25th got a letter about missing a form for Obama care. Faxed that letter and it is now Feb 28th and the irs won't tell me anything they wont even tell me if the letter has been received, and this app is absolutely useless when it comes to information as well

Why am i downloading an app that is just as useless as the customer service number!? Its been "21 days" since i did my return, and both customer service...im sorry...robot service and the app keeps saying they have no info available at this time.

This app sucks. It mever showed my return being accepted or the funds being transferred. I was shocked to get my return a week after I filed but hate that I wasted time checking. Refresh your servers like you say you are you obsolete illegal irs mofos

Literally every single time I've put my information in and click submit to get my refund status it unfortunately stops working and crashes!!!! Get your crap together IRS!!! You have billions of people trying to use this and it won't work at all for me.

So far its not doing well. It tells me that it's installed and yet there's no app on my phone. Also can't read the reviews for some reason.

It has the same information as the website, all this useless app does is take up space on your phone. Total waste..... PS fu¢k the IRS!

I remember growing up and in school they told us that as Americans we were allowed to talk about our government without fear of punishment. That being said; I'm still going to rate this app 5 stars.

It logged me in one time then in several days keeps telling me I'm entering wrong info when in fact am not, tried calling, put in correct info automated voice tells me it can't find my info...this is very scary

Once again the IRS totes their inability to streamline something as simple as paying taxes. All this app does is redirect you to one of their online payee services that rip people off for trying to pay their taxes online. Garbage.

This app sucks i try to put my info in and it tells me its wrong when i have to get my info from the tax ppl..so either shes wrong or the irs is wrong either way this app is useless

Listen up ppl, it absolutely works wonders correctly and it proves it by directing you straight to the legit website.....irs.gov. Patience is a must, just be sure you enter everything correctly

The app is not the problem it's the government last year they would tell you where they are in the process now they just tell you they're processing it which is ridiculous because it's been there for 4 weeks now

It said my info doesn't match but I'm looking right at it. There is no where on this app to get help w this so its useless to me now ... Thanks for nothing

Works great for me. Tells me what the status of my return is. Since I just filed this morning about 5 hours later it was received. And yes it is just like the website.

I filed my return almost 3 weeks ago and every time I put in my information on the screen it just tells me "information not found" I try the main website and it doesn't work either..I guess I just have to wait until I get it in my account

It keeps telling me that my information doesn't match when I know the information I entered is correct.. Not a good app at all.

I used this app the last 2 years and it was great! This year it keeps saying info doesn't match. Will be uninstalling.

So just to let you guys know. The app will still say "processing" because they're barely reviewing the tax returns today, after or on the fifteenth of this month of February. There is a new law this year where they cannot issue or most likely even finish process returns until AFTER THE 14TH People saying they got approved but now restarted to processing, yes your return was accepted, most likely by an automated system, meaning there were no obvious errors in it, that doesn't mean your return is being sent back to you. As of now there will not be any exciting news of "you can expect your return on x day" again because these returns most likely barely barely getting looked at since the day you submitted them. Most who filed early can expect their actual return around February 21. ALSO THE APP WONT LET YOU SIGN IN OR CHECK YOUR RETURN IF You've ALREADY CHECKED ONCE VIA THE APP OR THE WEBSITE. You can only check once. Please do not give a low rating just because you didn't know this.

Horrible app literally worse than the website. Keeps saying my husband's information and mine do not match and it is the correct information we are putting.

Tells me info is unavailable. Return was filed 3 weeks ago! I would give negative stars if I could.

Last year worked perfect.... This year keeps saying info incorrect when i know for a fact its correct! Very disappointed

It says my information doesnt match but its exactly what i got it gives me no info what so evwr this app is very inaccurate

It says I reach my sign in limit for the day but I haven't signed in yet. Total crap.

When I placed my info it came back with a pop-up info didn't match. I retried several times same results. I will be removing this app from my phone.

Keeps asking me about my refund amount recieved but when i put in the right answer it keeps saying info dont match

Hate update liked old format where it say accepted by IRS, then refund approved, and last refund sent out. Now just says refund being processed not showing where in the process it is. Waste of space on phone now probably IRS making money of downloads . Giving us useless information !!

Cannot get my useful information... Expecially since the... Irs! Sent me a notification letter about Obama care penalties! I've been trying to call them but no luck, with my 799.00! Supposed to get over 1500.00 never penalties! Thanks Irs and turbo tax! You must be in cahoots

I download this app every February after I do my taxes. When they give me the date of when my refund will be deposited into my bank account, it's always exactly on time! I have recommended this to friends and coworkers that are wondering when their refund will show up. Very helpful!

I like the idea of the app but how do you know your info, I.e. social, is secure? Bit disconcerting. At least on the website it had that secure lock in the browser

Well, it worked better than the desktop website. I owed money and tried to make the payment on my PC thru their website, but got hung up on them not being able to verify my mobile # (even though I already a gave a bunch of other verification details). Thankfully, the app worked.

Nice thought, simple but entirely inaccurate. Said my refund was sent to the bank on the 15th but i should give it till 20th. Its now the 23rd and still no money! Bank has no record of it either

If you're having error messages. only enter the federal tax refund amount not including state refund and it should work. For 2 weeks I got that damn error message becuase I added both state and federal together and a light bulb went off and now it works like a gem

I tried SEVERAL times to check the status of my return (after e-filing 3 weeks ago) , and even though all of my information was correct it kept saying the information was entered incorrectly. When i called the irs and entered the same info i was able to get the information i needed. Don't bother with this app. Call the irs instead.
