Crashes when uploading photo or trying to find address. Used to be a good app. Tech support couldn't replicate problem but look at all the negative reviews here. Their website still works well so if this doesn't work for you try that

Have used this app for years now and I just went to use it and it didn't work, what is going on? I need to report a bridge with damage.

It crashes upon submission.. Total crap. Just call the action center.

Doesn't allow you to submit a request.

The app consistantly and immediately crashes with every attempt to run it. Please fix it. Will need to uninstall to make space for functional apps. Thank you

I like how I can submit a request right when I encounter it. The app could use some polish, but a good start.

Every time you open the app it crashes and restarts your phone.

Restarted phone

Opening the app reboots my phone.

Since updating my samsung 6 to the latest update I can no longer use this app. Each time I open the app, it resets my phone. Can't use the app

Worked great at first. But now does not let you submit requests for street repairs. Says cannot "retrieve subcategory. " Since this is an app that has to do with government entity,I don't expect it to get fixed. Just as easy, and probably get similar result by just calling the mayor's action center.

I don't know what happens behind the scenes, but I like how I got the acknowledgment letter regarding my complaint about my neighbor's dog, then I received the letter I assume that was intended for them. Because I don't even own a dog. Get it together!

Cost to much to make, and doesn't work.

Used to be a 5 star but now it closes when you make a selection or type after tapping the location. Please correct the bug.

I have used it a few times and gotten good result. I do wish it had a way to report plugged storm drains though.

Love this app!

What a wonderful tool this is! simple to use and had my pothole request fixed.

I only use it for pothole reporting and its more effective than calling action center.

What could be a very useful app is plagued with problems.

When you are putting in the exact service request number that the system gives you, so you can check on it, the system tells you on the request Indy app that the number does not exist but if you put the exact same service request in on the desktop site, then it will give you the information. Please fix the "check status" box so we can get information on our request please then I will give it 5 stars!!! Thank you!

After multiple attempts, redownloads, etc, this is all I ever get when I hit submit.

Take note you must be within Indianapolis to use this app. It does not work in Greenwood...so I'm uninstalling. :(

Works great in INDY, the location it clearly states in the title of the app. Excellent interface for residents/commuters to keep the city updated re: conditions. If the city isn't told about an issue, they can't fix it!

No icon shows up on Nexus 5 (Android KitKat)

Put in all the work to submit a complaint, and the it crashes upon submission.

Great app if you live or commute thru Marion County. It has force closed on me twice but I've successfully submitted 3 requests that were all acted on quickly.
