1823 responding fast and seems efficient. Unfortunately the departments in the government are the bottle neck. Depending on the case they react from fast till not at all. Bravo to the 1823 team..

When I lodge one submission with two or more options for example voice message and a photo, it forces close, but the dialog box keep ever popping up whenever a new submission is opened. The app hence can never operate until uninstalled and reinstalled. Seems they had never fixed the bug despite a lot of complaints and negative comments!

Excellent. Reported problem twice. Very convenience, anyway, anytime, with words and photo. A good bridge between execution dept and citizens. Idea for the app and services is good. Seems programmer needs to work hard. Work well with my note II.

After having reported a few issues of public facility issue and app design, I've received acknowledgement of received my reports, but government departments don't follow up to reply me the cases. This turns to be USELESS at all! Many app design issues

試過用"香港政府","政府", "HKSAR"等字眼都搜查不到這個apps 一定要"Gov HK", "HK Gov"才可以 而且我使用nexus one 2.3是完全不能打字的
