TransIT ezFARE App

Can't make payments anymore even with all of my correct info. It glitches and can't process it for whatever reason. Regardless, it used to be great, but now it doesn't even work. What a waste

This app is glitchy when you are off line, I just lost my summer pass which I paid $15 for and doesn't expire till August 31st the app deleted it when I lost a wifi signal as I was getting on the bus I'm so pissed.

I don't have a problem getting on the bus. However, the camera part of the app doesn't work. Otherwise, it's a pretty good app.

The app is now glitching out it won't even let me buy tickets I use this app so I don't have to carry cash and can get on the bus no problem but now the app has been acting up saying it can't connect to the server please fix this I use this to get to college.

Putting in your credit card everytime you need to buy a ticket is annoying. Specially when it doesn't take your email for some reason and you have to re-enter the credit card number again. Google wallet and PayPal should be included for a quicker and better buying experience.

Switch to Google wallet or PayPal. While still leaveing that option to pay by credit card. I feel the app would do better if that was the case

I am using OnePlus 2 handset and not able to see list of tickets to purchase

Should accept Paypal as form of payment. That would be much more easy than pulling out your debit card every time you want to buy a ticket. Other than that it's really nice! So much better than running to the bank, going to get change and missing the bus! EVERY city should have one of these. So easy to use, big print for when you're out and about and even a trip planner with maps. Cool!

It is not letting me put in my card info as soon as I try I get kicked off the app. I've tried reinstalling and restarting my phone and nothing is working pleas fix it

Long story short, my camera doesn't work on the app. Bus drivers wouldn't let me on the bus due to it, even though someone from transit called me a few days ago, saying that even though my camera doesn't work, I could still get on. Well, bus drivers STILL wouldn't let me on. I am getting so frustrated that I have to argue with a bus driver just to get to work! I installed the app, I am not putting up with this anymore. I am going to find a different way to get to work as well.

The interface is clean and easy to use. I can purchase tickets ahead of time or on my way to the bus stop. Just activate my ticket as the bus approaches, show the dynamic ticket to the driver, sit down, and relax! Life's good!

Not for all phones sadly but a very good job done on first try.
