臺中市家庭教育中心

家庭教育中心成立目的乃是依據「家庭教育法」，配合政府施政方針，為增進國民家庭生活知能，健全國民身心發展，營造幸福家庭，以建立祥和社會為目的，服務範圍包含兩性教育、婚姻教育、親職教育、子職教育、倫理教育、家庭資源管理教育，強調「家需要親密溝通」、「家需要同步成長」、「家需要巧妙經營」、「家需要接納關懷」以及建立「營造溫馨、和諧、有希望的學習型家庭」的服務宗旨，透過「家庭諮詢專線」及舉辦各種家庭教育活動等方式，提供家庭教育服務。

「家庭諮詢專線」，由本中心諮詢輔導志工提供電話諮詢、面談、函件服務，協助市民解決有關兩性、婚姻、親子、家人關係或個人心理困擾的問題。面談服務，請先撥打諮詢專線預約；函件服務採隨到隨辦方式，來函請寄40147臺中市東區三賢街245號臺中市家庭教育中心收即可。

各種家庭教育活動其實施內容則包括：
一、親職教育：父母（包括單親）角色與職責、態度與責任、親子溝通、情緒管理、壓力調適、親子共學等。
二、子職教育：增進子女了解父母的努力，以做好子女的本分工作。
三、性別教育：增進性別知能之教育活動。
四、婚姻教育：婚前教育、新婚調適與家庭計畫、夫妻溝通、姻親關係、婚姻衝突與危 機處理態度及責任等。
五、失親教育：增進因故未能接受父母一方或雙方教養之未成年子女家庭生活知能之教 育活動。
六、家庭倫理教育：代間教育、孝親事長、愛子慈幼、兄友弟恭及子女或晚輩對於父母 或其它長輩應有態度及責任等。
七、多元文化教育：增進跨國婚姻家人關係與促進其家庭功能之活動。
八、家庭資源與管理教育：家庭經營、家庭生活教育、家庭休閒教育、家人關係、家庭經濟風險管理、家庭健康管理、居家及外出安全維護、家庭保健教育、消費教育、消費者權益知能等。
九、其它家庭教育事項：家庭媒體素養教育、預防兒童及青少年犯罪宣導、家庭暴力防治宣導、家庭環保及家庭法律常識宣導等。

本中心所舉辦各種家庭教育活動多以講座、研習進修、親子活動、營隊、成長團體、工作坊、讀書會等多元、活潑方式進行，希望能吸引民眾參與，建立民眾家庭教育概念，強調家庭也有生命週期，不同階段有不同的需求，而每個階段都需要學習。

家庭教育中心的服務對象涵蓋一般家庭、雙薪家庭、單親、原住民、隔代教養家庭、身心障礙者家庭及新移民家庭，深得民眾的肯定喜愛。近年來諮詢輔導需求逐漸增加，為提供給個案最佳服務品質，本中心特別加強志工儲訓及在職訓練課程，俾提供民眾最好服務品質，充實專業知能，以提高服務功能，並廣徵與遴聘社會各界人士對家庭教育工作有濃厚興趣者擔任輔導員以配合日漸增加之需求量。

成立機關後，家庭教育中心藉由結合學校及社區資源的方式，積極推廣家庭教育工作，提供精緻、適性、普及的家庭教育服務，協助民眾增進其家人關係，促進社會祥和，希望家庭教育能落實在本市各個角落。 家人關係，促進社會祥和，希望家庭教育能落實在本市各個角落。

A variety of family education programs which implement content include:
