Trying to submit scratcher code both by camera and manual. Camera won't scan, when it does it says my session expired right as it scans the code. App is not user friendly, I don't know what 13 digit code I need to input. Please fix or at least add some user friendly way to use 2nd Chance.

Sign in doesn't work and when you call they tell you the same thing the website does, send in your information. I don't trust anyone now, especially since the Equifax breach. Why would I trust a freaking lottery with it. Your information is easily verifiable given what you enter on the website. The CA Lottery is purposely making it not work and hoping people won't send in the information so you don't enter 2nd chance.

Keeps saying my email is incorrect and won't let me use at all dose not even have a help or support option to try to correct the problem. I know I'm using the right email but still can't use

The app is useless if you can't log into it. The web site is not any better. Having to verify my personal info is just a pain. Deleted app and I won't even bother trying to use the 2nd chance feature.

It won't let me sign-in, it keeps telling me to verify my info on their website. This is stupid! I did it a hundred times.. I uninstalled this app immediately.

the scratchers tickets is getting bad..very low winning prizes.. whoever create this kind of game is very intelligent the design is to hack people's brain to get addicted to the tickets once you get a $100 or more winning ticket. thats it for you you cant stop buying those and hoping for a $100 win. until you broke.

Okay okay okay, hear ya all in the sign in and sigh up! I had the same issue and had to bounce back and forth from e mail to web site till I PAID ATTENTION to what was required, due to age limits, actual name and age must match..... So, the last address I had in the CA DMV system HAD to be what reflected on my registration address when submitted. Now that said complication was simplified, the app on the phone and web site is very user friendly and submitting 2nd chance codes is as easy as one would expect. In closing, just take a second to understand that when having gaming in your life constitutes these stupid verifications and not becoming impatient will result in a more harmonious out come. Scanner only works for 2nd Chance entry, but NOT to check if ticket is WINNER or NOT. Have to check ticket manually or go to a retailer to do so. Maybe that's the catch, make us go to a retailer to check. But that's stupid, already go to a retailer to BUY. App developer, if the scanner works to CHECK ticket and a second chance entry, it'll be a 5stars. Without it, only 3stars as a lot of features are missing from site too, like scratch off game info and etc.

BEYOND ANNOYING! The 2nd Chance codes are IMPOSSIBLE to scan. Camera goes blurry, "Auto Focus Failed." FRUSTRATING to enter codes manually. There is NO reason for this unreliability. FIX IT PLEASE! ! !

The app keeps saying I need to verify identity but when I log in online the system tells me my info is wrong even though it is all correct ! Spent 30 mins trying to figure it out re-entering my info and it still says it's wrong and I have to mail ID and wait 10 days ! That is stupid and a waste of my time. Developer of app and website why dont you make it so we can submit ID through the app ?!

Tells you if the card could be a winner and enters scratchers into second chance, which is nice. Scanner is a little hard to use though.

App stopped working and hasn't worked for weeks. Get an error message upon opening that says results can't be loaded and I can't submit 2nd chance entries.

Have trouble signing in, it had to reset my password multiple times, password works fine on website but not in app. Please fix it tell me what to do.

The app will not work on my phone at all! PERIOD!!!! When I go to login the "verifying account" just keeps spinning! But the app will work on my laptop and tablet! ????

Every time this stupid app. Won't let me scan tickets. It keeps saying sign in. I was signed in at the lottery. It makes me so frustrated.

A++ app for all of your California Lottery Needs. A great app that easy to use. What more can u ask for. I highly recommend this app to all cal lottery players out there. Wounderful App For Sure.

This is a good app the only thing that would make this outstanding would be to have a scanner so you could scan your tickets with the app scanner to see if they are winning or not

I like it because saved me a lot of time easy for me to do all my second chances section that's great somebody and then they scratched scanner for telephone thanks a lot of time I love playing lottery tickets and scratches I'll buy your ticket instructions I spend $40 a week I've been buying it ever since Lottery came out back in the eightiesabout to take it and sassy suspend $40 a week I've been buying a seat lottery it come out in 80" s if don't buy lottery you don't win that's the name of the Game...,....go play California Lottery

I've had this App for about 2 yrs, and it's easy to navigate and it easy to use!

Not sure what to think yet

I love having the ability to scan my 2nd chance scrathers.

Doesn't let me sign in. Just stays at the verifying login.

This is cool, is like a life on other day on other chance????
