BT4U Mobile

If I can could give this app 0 stars I would. Absolutely worthless. Crashes everytime you open it. The live map link for delays leads to a broken link. There is ZERO support for this app. Calling BT4U has the same results. This app is truly as abhorent as Blacksburgs bus system. The worst part is that BT4U not the app creators don't even care and will never do anything to change that.

Doesn't work 90% od the time, just gives you a blank screen. I've had buses not show up that are listed in the app to arrive, not sure if that is an app bug or just the drivers. The 10% of the time it does work it is faster to just google search bt4u and look the schedule up on their website.

Very buggy. Doesn't even show correct times anymore. Constantly crashes. Can't save home address. All kinds of quirks. Can't search local address, always takes you halfway across the country when you try to search an address.

Doesn't work well, often I have to close the app and start over, but at least it doesn't require permission to use your location like the new app, Blacksburg Transit.

Never accurate with bus times. Makes trip planning impossible.

Crashes too much!

This is NOT the most current app. for the BT. And, it's not accurate at all. Look for the app. that has a high rating and more current reviews.

Can't get it to show actual departure times when planning a route. Also, I can't pull up the routes and maps. Why do I have to go to the website for real time tracking?

The other app is lightweight, and works a lot better.

They could have made it way better. I've never got schedule for any bus. If the bus is not running, they just don't show the times. Everytime I try to check schedule, it says can't connect !

Routes and schedules hardly ever load and usually contain errors when they do. Location service never locks in to my correct location. Terrible.

This app is incoherent and a waste of space on your phone. In no way shape or form does it resemble anything intuitive. Everyone who has used this app is now dumber for having used it. I award it no stars and may God have mercy on the dev's soul.

Alerts won't open, shows me the nearest stop but no times. Extremely buggy

I have literally never been able to get the schedules open. and I've had this app for months!

The old app sucked. No doubt. The new update is great, all features work for me. Trip planner is great, bus schedules and times are much clearer, and easy to access. Plus they actually load, so that's a nice upgrade!

Prior to upgrading to the latest version of Android this app worked reasonably well. Since the the upgrade it crashes on nearly every UI interaction. Also, why would a transit app have any need to view game results. Please review software design best practices and focus on getting the core functionality working and working well.

This app never worked until I upgraded my phone to Android 4.4.2

Hangs, slow data update.

Useless. VT all in one is way better. Doesn't load any info for the summer. The map is empty. No time table.

I wish it had the same info available on the bt4u Internet app. I can't see the bus time for tomorrow, just today's. I'll still use the online app instead of this one.
