The city picks and chooses what they want take care of. I reported an issue today and saw the baltimore city car ride by and did nothing. But yet they reported under the submitted claim reported that vehicle was gone when the arrived. So how is this?

This is a great simple way to open a service request with the city, and once the city does something, they almost always update the database so you know when they did something. It's not perfect, because once you make a request, you can't update the information for the city or cancel the request. Hopefully the next mayor will have people who want to improve the application.

UPDATE: App constantly deletes your user information, so you lose your complaint log. Can only assume this is so you have no record of your long standing complaints. // This app has a shaky history. As it stands, don't waste your time.

Why is the assigned S/R number no longer displayed on the report? Without this basic information, there is no way to follow-up on a specific request. Also, all reports of clean water leaks in Baltimore County (which are still the responsibility of the City) are "closed" as "Location outside City limits."

I'm able to be aware of certain things and i know i can get information or call for something that needs too be done in the city other than having to call 911

Still looks amateur but at least you can upload photos without using a 2 year old version of Android. I'll sacrifice form in favor of function any day.

The app is very easy to use and convenient. The one issue I have is how you must drag the pin to obtain an address. Please give us the option to type in an address.

Please fix location pin option. It's impossible to move even holding down.

Great app to use and a great use of technology to empower residents to report violations. Most of the complaints are resolved in 24-72 hours although some I have noticed (mainly those that deal with schools are slower).

Great app. Fast, easy to use and it helps the City and its residents communicate efficiently!

App works fine. City doesn't. The app works, but there is never a response to the requests... I guess it depends on what neighborhood you live in.

City response aside (this is an app review, not a city review) the app would be great if it didn't immediately crash as soon as I try to add a photo. I'm not running anything weird, just stock vanilla Android so there isn't really much excuse for one of the primary functions to be broken. I use this to browse reports but I have to submit mine on the web if I plan to attach a photo.

"Reporter not registered." Well, another great app goes bottoms up.

Sometimes you get a response, sometimes you don't. Very typical of the city itself. Many requests for police service just say closed. Parking issues are better.

Reports can take hours to fill. By that time violators can be long gone. Sometimes they get closed with out even looking at the violations.

Fails to register, fails to sync, fails to post.

baltimore city employees are closing my tickets weeks before the work is completed.

Cannot submit a new request on galaxy nexus running ics.

Worked for me. City cleaned up the trash on the street within 24 hours.

Easy to use. The photo feature is great. The only issue I've had is the exact location, by address, doesn't work. Instead the App idebtifies location by coordinates. A workaround for this is to list the address in the comments section.
