Don't let this nice looking app fool you. Reports are falsely marked "resolved" and cases are "closed" when in fact the problem still exists. There is often little to no follow through and zero accountability.

I submitted multiple requests, which I thought was great. Unfortunately, they just mark them as resolved and close them without actually fixing any of the issues. Worthless and a waste of time!

If you pick the wrong category, they just ignore the request. And not every category is available for selection...so you are doomed for failure from the get go.

It's a great way to establish communication with 311 but requests are closed without being resolved (pothole).

When I tried to make a report, I had to pick a category for the report. There were a dozen or so I had to choose from and evidently I picked wrong. I got an email: your report has been canceled bc you picked ___ and it belonged in ___ category.

They just close the ticket as resolved. My kid's arm is broke now as a direct result from 6 years of complaints about a messed up sidewalk. Someone in my neighborhood has the Zika virus because of standing water thanks guys.
