Grimms' Fairy Tales

I really like this app which contains all 210 original Grimm Fairy tales which were collected by the brothers from European countries, mostly Germany. These fairy tales go back in time many centuries and usually include a moral or warning with the story. Some of the tales are dark, and scarier than most people remember. This app even contains some of the original tales that have been excluded from modern reprints because they are no longer politically correct. Like the Jew among thorns for example.

I loved it until I opened the app a couple of days after I installed it and the stories wouldn't come up. It was the title then black screen no story. Reinstalled turned off WiFi worked perfectly.

Great app. With superior writing, all in this Small app, that is simple to use. It brought back many memories of my first time hearing these stories, and thinking about all the diffrent reactions everyone had that I read them to.

I really loved grimms' brothers fairy tales. All so different from the oh so perfect disney stories. But i sometimes cant stand the gore. But nothings gonna stop me reading.

I've downloaded a few of the different apps for grimms fairy tales but this is by far my favoyrute! Easy to use, good layout, and a lot more stories included than in some other apps.

No annoying pop ups or anything. Ad free and simple/easy to navigate. Good reads, too!

The stories are good but the layout makes it hard to enjoy them. The grammer is also very poor!

It is one of the best apps I've downloaded, you can read books by Brother Grimm for free and without WiFi so you can read it anywhere and I like how the stories are full but shortened it does not waste time, thank you for making this app

The best free app.helps me to sleep and relax my mind though the grammars need to brush up a lil bit. All in all 4 out of 5

A great way to read tales to the kids. Easy to mark the loved tales, adjust contrast and light and all. I would, however like it even if I could switch pages instead of rolling down.

I was extremely pleased with the app. Ever since forever, I have always wanted to read Grimms' fairy tales and now I can! It's a wonderful app. Why are you still thinking about it?! Get it already!

though i didn't use wattpad nor ebook but i feel this is what im using by the way. Its so great. Especially i love fantasies

I love reading and usually dont have time for it. These short stories are amazing and just the right amount of grimm xD

If you like it old grammar and English, this is a good read to better understand English roots

I am such a big fan of fairytales thay no age is big enough to read. And you just made reading the best of fairytales completely accessible in a way that I can read it without carrying the tome of Grimms tales. Thanks so much. Add more stories please.

Its recommended for those who are still in love with Grimm's Fairytale! The tools are good and simple!

It was so addictive..my wife couldnt let go of the phone...she is so interested in old fairy tales like this.

I love it but it would be better if it had a dictionary and a bookmark its hard to find my place when I come back to a story

Stories i watched in my childhood.

never in my wildest dream that I could ever read this kind of fairytale story;; joke ;33 hehe ;-D , but I want this kind of experience to be a product of testimonial, so I rate this kind of app 5 because it's very good and you can read spontaneously, because of the other practice royal experiences ;)). nose vleed ;33

Overall, a well done app. Nothing fancy; no bells, or whistles. It's free (w/no annoying ads, I hope will stay that way)! I can now see why we were given the "watered down version!" If a fairy tale like these were read to us in their entirety back in the day, it might've scared the crap out of us, lol!! Only reason I couldn't give it 5 ★ is simply that it doesn't have a built-in dictionary!! I hate having to leave the story to go to another dict; or having 2 look up words AFTER I'm done reading!

You learn about human nature reading these fairly tales. They are pretty straightforward and simple. I think the app is well done. I also thank you for no advertisements.

Love the stories a few miss spelled word but that's nothing to fuss at when the stories are so great

Good fairy tales some of these tales started more than 2000 years ago the brothers grim did a good job saving them
