BringGo Southern Africa for Android
Got lost a couple of times using the bringgo app. When connected it will run for a couple of minutes then it will freeze with the alarm, "unfortunately bringgo has stopped. Dont recommend to buy it
Not going to spend my money on this app when WAZE and GOOGLE MAPS are free. I am very happy with WAZE. It gives me more than this app and it's free.
Not up to date and internet interface poor. Had to use goodle to navigate it is a rip off
Why cant my Sonic RS save fuel options? Please update. Otherwise I love the app.
.....but, I paid more that R700 for the lifetime premium navigation with updates and sometimes the when you get to an address then it's not even close to where it shows or says. And why does the app not save my fuel consumption settings as well as my fuel price? Almost every time I look at the route summary then the consumption, currency and price is completely wrong. And I mean R700 can really have live navigation as well? Google maps are free and there is live navigation so why not bringgo?
I downloaded the app, created an account and verified it. Whenever I try to access the app it tells me I may be using an incorrect email address. Even though it's the same email address you sent the verification too. Until I can actually use the app, I'm giving this 1 star.
Didn't even let me have my 30 days free and as soon as I downloaded tge maps it told me to purchase, they gave me an option to purchase for 1 year and when I clicked on it the app crashed, went to try and buy it for 1 year and the option was gone and only offered me premium for R700. All I wanted to do was use GPS on the touch screen of my car. Your app is useless, I suggest you contact me soon.
I pay almost 300k for my car then need.to buy the app wtf?
Short and straight to location.
This should be free..
Doesn't show live traffic in my Adam Rocks.
Working perfectly in my Chev Sonic RS
Normally when one needs a GPS, you are not in a WiFi area. This becomes a problem when you open this app, only to be informed that a significant download is required to 'update' your maps, and the app won't work until the download is completed. There is no prior warning and no way of knowing when a new update will be required, save for opening the app every morning and evening to ensure your maps are still 'up to date.' This kind of problem should not be experienced in an app in this price class.
I have an HTC One M9. That is not a slow phone. This app still runs like crap. It is laggy so I sometimes end up missing a road since it updates so slowly. Maybe I just have high standards but I don't think this app uses hardware acceleration. Simply badly made. Google Maps is like 1000 times better. Don't waste your time and money on this. I did unfortunately.
Can't really fault the app. Loved the trial version. Not going to pay R700+ for something that I can get for free elsewhere though. Such a shame really.
Love it. But expensive.....

Awesome application and works perfectly well, just a bit pricy for our weak ZAR
Ive downloaded it twice. Eating all my data and keep on saying my license has expired? I hav not even had a change to see if it works??? WTF!!!
This app is too expensive for what it is.
Paying for an app when you could just download and use Waze or Google Maps for FREE, FOREVER! Not gonna waste my money. Good luck Bringo, you won't last very long...
1. Traffic not available for South Africa. 2. When searching companies on the Internet search it does not pick them up. - I guess I have been spoilt with using Waze. Free traffic and you can search a company by name. ... I just expect more if I pay R700. I hope that there are improvements coming. It also takes long to open.
The app seemed not to know in wich province I was, although location was on and other navigation apps worked!... There was also a problem with using it in my car, seeing that it could never connect!... It is most definitly very fun and entertaing app to have, although it's a bit expesive for a dud.
How can you charge to use this service after 30 days, google maps is easier to use and FREE!!!
Would just like to know why this app is so expensive. I can't believe that you don't get it with your new vehicle. I will be willing to pay a small amount for map updates perhaps. But definitely NOT for an app that costs me R600 per month! I shall be sticking with my trusty app WAZE! Even though I can't see the map on my new Corsa's screen!
No menu on cell but on car screen there is a menu and can only put coordinates in there
The app never worked.
Works wonderfully with my Trailblazer
Like the app, dislike the premium price tag
I'm not paying R600 every year for this just to use with my company car. Stuff that. Poor show bringo
This app is not user-friendly at all. I prefer Google Maps any day, and it's FREE!
I Finally updated my My Link for my GPS function just to find out that I have to do a EXPENCIVE in-app purchase. Now my car's My Link is just an over priced touch screen with no GPS. I will continue using Google maps for FREE.
The best ab ever.
Bought a new Chevrolet Sonic RS recently wanted to use app for Navy. Even after trying the forgot password option numerous times, the reply remains "incorrect password"
For the vehicles gps to work the in app purchase costs R524 is this correct, stupid if you ask me

Loved it
If you get the error then clear up some space on phone. I was able to install once i cleared 600mb space. Pay to R10 then nothing further. Map of sa free to download. Super cheap and enjoy the features. Edit: they want R600 subscription fee CRAZY!!!
Struggled to get it running at first, but it's working now. I like all the setting and options that it has, and the map display looks good. Thanks for the technical support from the developers.

Please help me I bought my bringo in December 2015.I now want to transfer it to my new phone but my problem is I don't remember my e-mail password that I used to buy my bringo. I really can't spend another R708 again. I really love it and has helped me a lot.
