ATTENTION !!!!! Go Voyage ne sont pas professionnels et aux méthodes douteuses! Faites vraiment gaffe !! Ils peuvent vous faire rater votre vol à n'importe quel moment en ne payant pas la compagnie donc pas de billet quand vous arrivez à l'aéroport !! J'ai eu le soucis 2 fois en 5 mois d'intervalle. Je cours tjrs pour me faire rembourser. Le seul recourt c'est une adresse email pour faire réclamation. J'ai perdu plus de 1000€ + le reste. Maintenant je l'utilise juste comme un comparateur à la louche ensuite j'achète directement sur le site des compagnies !! A éviter !!!!

Today we turned up at paris airport to find they had not booked out tickets onto the flight!! They never told us anything! So it was a lovely suprise,how embarassing! We ended up having to pay double the amount to get on the same flight!! We had no other option! Also the money we payed is still pending in my account so i hope they dont take it! Luckily we had enough money for the other tickets!! We Want an explanation

Elle m'a affiché une heure fausse du départ de l'avion, avec un décalage d'une heure, et du coup, j'ai raté mon avion et fût obligé de payer beaucoup pour pouvoir repartir le lendemain! Là ça fait 3 jours que je contacte le service clientèle de go voyages, mais croyez moi, vous parlez pour rien...ils vous répondent toujours comme s'ils n'ont rien compris... l'application est nulle et le service clientèle est pire...je vous tiendrais au courant si les choses s' arrangent ... mais jusque là, je suis déçu!
