About Spectrum Spectrogram Analyzer
Designed with accuracy and easy of use in mind.
Can be used for monitoring or measuring environmental sound or noise; help tuning instruments; timing short sound events; and educational purpose.
Features:

* With log or linear frequency axis.

* Support all possible sampling rates and almost all recorder sources of your device.
* Graph with nice grid lines and labels, easy to operate.
* FFT sample size range from 512 to 8192. Using half-overlapped (adjustable) time window to increase time resolution.
* Various window functions provided, for different frequency resolution and dynamical range.
* Peak frequency detection (in unit of Hz and note+cent), with a moderate accuracy (FFT + interpolation).

This app is a very robust application for recording and analyzing sound in real-time. It is one of a kind being open-source on Android, and the recent updates make it that much more capable. I really would like to see the ability to load previously recorded samples for analysis after recording, and perhaps the ability to calibrate or load calibration files for the microphone. In any case, right now, this app does exactly what I wanted it for and I can hardly wait to see what is in store next for the app! This app looks good. Hoping to localise the roadnoise of my noisy Alfa sportiva then dampen. Well done with the 170bhp and handling but give my ears a rest. My 156ts was better.

only gripe is the inability to playback the recordings made with the app so I can view the spectrograph of the playback. if that feature could be added I'd pay for it, could call it pro version like those featureless apps available.
