I had no problems with this app at all. Loads up quickly, and its very easy to use and navigate. We need to have more apps like this for Guam.

Great idea but it just doesn't load... Will change review once I get to actually use it. Won't load in both note 2 and nexus tab. Update. Loads now but turns off by itself when u try to gain access. Was very frustrated until I got to the desktop version and it rocks. Wish it could perform as well on my phone or tablet.

I wish that there were more apps like this to access government info. Government services need to be more easily accessible to the public and this app is a great example to follow.

App was a good idea....but its slow and slugish...shows no satellite view..or isnt loading fast enough...rather use google maps...or google earth
