Interactive Food Allergy Menus

There are few restaurants, they aren't all labeled correctly (I guess SMS is Smashburger?) and the list of allergens doesn't include coconut. Not very useful.

This app is awful. Great idea but poorly executed. It focuses on major US chains, most of which serve highly processed foods to which I'm highly allergic. There is nothing I can eat at Burger King, for instance, yet it was the first result. I also limited my search to 5 miles and received results from other states.

Won't let me save restricted foods. Only had one screen and can't do anything.

Not too shabby but it's missing tomato, apple, soy and sesame seed/oil. :( It's a fantastic start though.

I can't sign in cause our States have more than two letters. You should state that it can't be used anywhere but the States. Disappointed.

Shows restaurants that have been closed for 15 years! Also not very accurate in menus. Just go to their website and sign up for free. Then access from your phone's browser. GPS locator is handy but not worth paying for because it's not updated.

The app couldn't find the town or even the larger near by towns. I live in a small town but we do have a few major franchises here...would've been nice to use the app. I got excited about the features.

According to this app there are no restaurants within 25 miles of Minneapolis. I tried to search by my current location, but the app didn't recognize my changing those settings. I had to enter my information 3 times before it correctly set up my account. Way too much of a hassle to keep trying.

Great idea, but some menus are not up to date. Recipes have changed but still have the same name, so this could be dangerous for some ppl.

Awesome for popular chain restaurants, but would like to see more eventually, in the Nashville area anyway.

I have Gluten, corn and cucumber allergy. Gipsee's app does very comprehensive analysis down to the last ingredient. It is unbelievable! There is no app there that does this. It analyzed the menus perfectly for me. It does what it says it does. It is worth every penny, and much more. Thank you !!!!!!!

Please be informed that people with an allergy to soy can generally safely consume soybea n oil since the refining process gets rid of the allergenic soy proteins. The app is very accurate!!

The fact that having a soy allergy and soybean oil is not considered as being a threat is insulting. This app is unsafe.

Why does it need to know my geolocation to use. I also don't like having to create an account so I can get tons of emails.

This would be useful if I only wanted to eat at major fast food places. 75% of the restaurants came up as not scanned.

Great and Getting Better Most folks with a food allergy have more than one. This is the first app that actually lets you sort / filter by as many things as you want. I wish they'd explain better that it does more than just allergies - You can sort by ANY information the restaurant has chosen to include. I mean anything ! Such as things like anchovies, or blueberries or nitrates. Nitrates ? Yes, nitrates. Pregnant folk need to avoid nitrates so this is great for picky eaters, allergy folks, vegans, vegetarians, and during pregnancy. Love it. If a restaurant has ingredients publicly available it is included here already. The only limitation is that more restaurants need to get signed up with it. I def. think this will bring business to the restaurants and make it easier for servers and chefs to deal with allergies. I love, love love this app ! The soy thing ? The official medical verdict is refined soy oil is soy free. I respect folks who disagree, but that isn't the apps fault. Perhaps a "soy oil" "other soy" category could sidestep the debate? Either way, I love this. Just want more, more, more of it!
