a piece of garbage, just like the other software by Gigabyte. I totally regret having bought one of your higher end boards.

It doesn't work for z97 board on windows 10 x64 1607 using a samsung s4 mini. Please fix.

Just installed this on my PC and phone and both logged in with the same account and it says that it can't find my PC.... don't bother with the app or program as it doesn't work.

Note 5 - Downloads Not fully functional. I can upload, but I can not browse my files on the server.

Works perfectly after setting up pc correctly. Have been looking for something like this, thanks!

Spyware, caught it uploading from the pc, before installing the app

Useless! No instructions, no documentation, no options. Doesn't connect, doesn't even save username and password so you have to type them in EVERY TIME! The pc app is just as bad. This looks like it was slapped together in 5 minutes with no effort whatsoever. Stick to making Hardware Gigabyte..

Completely broken. My computer cannot see the phone on my network so the app is useless.

Waste of time and effort

Was able to get it to work on pc but it can't find any pc's on the phone app

Used to work great. Updated computer and phone and that made cloud functionality stop working. Phone wont find computer. Everything is setup correctly. Please allow users to install previous version. New version isn't compatible.

The potential for an app like this is good for PCs. But since it's a dead app no use in downloading it.

Same here! app does not find my computer. Both phone and computer have been signed into with the same Gmail account. What is the point if nothing works?

I almost NEVER leave reviews, this might actually be my second one, ever... But after reading all these 1-star comments, complaining about the app not working, I felt the need to do my best to even the balance. Especially considering the fact that most of the comments left are from people who just can't figure out how to work the app (you don't just point your phone at your computer at 'presto! ') ... The app needs to be on your cpu as well, to communicate with (hence the 'remote connection ').

Buggy and confusing. Features I don't want are mandatory and features I do want only crash. Installed for overclocking but the system always crashes when I open the window to overclock. Pops up a toast on every call saying it's backing it up.

Wanted an app to control pc like a remote. This does that with extras. At first was difficult to setup as wouldn't detect the cloud server run on the pc. Remote can control the Windows media player music but only when the window it's selected. Remote overclock crashes so can't comment. Will probably keep it installed as long as the power consumption isn't noticeable and the app behaves. Would rather trust gigabyte mother board manufactures than random dev.

You have to install Cloud Station server on your PC, login via service of your choice then login to the same service with this app. My PC showed up immediately but remote control and OC don't seem to work but are enabled on PC side.
