This guide was produced using the American Poolplayers Association's Official team Manual for league years 2012/2013 & 2013/2014. Although I am a member I am not affiliated with the APA itself. The rules were downloaded Straight from the PDF file and converted into this application for convenience of use.
It also includes the Local Bylaws for the western reserve Geauga and Portage divisions. They were also copied from the Western Reserve APA League Bylaws PDF.
At this point it only refers to the 8 ball team rules and regulations and not the 9 ball team rules. This is just a reference Guide and any discrepancy please refer to your actual APA rule book.
It was developed With an Evo3D and works flawlessly, however formatting and functionality may differ on other devices. Please contact me with any problems, concerns or complaints and I will try to fix them as soon as possible.

This app needs some serious redesign and coding improvement. The topics are such small text and hard to click on and off I hit the back button on the phone the app crashes.

How about a searchable index? Otherwise a handy app for team captains especially. It'll make it much easier to reference stuff instead of pulling out the team manual. I love its simplicity. Pool table background is nice. Maybe an option to change color of the felt? Thank you for taking time to create this. It should be promoted on APA's website if not already.
