GoPlus Cam

This app is OK. Since the camera has its own private wifi I lose the ability to use the data on my Samsung Note 5. App couple use an update to look and feel like other camera apps. I have the SJ8000 4k camera.

The camera is itself a disaster it's entirely different from the one they show in photo

Garbage doesn't connect when this is the app stated in manual to use.

App works just fine. To those who has only audio after downloading video on phone please watch it using appropriate player which supports avi format :)

Worked fine when first installed. What happened? WIFI works, but now all I get is a blank screen when I connect. Have 4 of these cameras and it is the same problem regardless. No dofference when I try to connect with different phones or tablets. App failure. Please fix.

I was a little confused in the beginning. First of all I was trying to get it on my home wifi. Then I figured out that it sets up a little private network from the camera to the phone. Once I got the phone and the camera to talk it was a snap. Also you have to be actively recording before you hit the up arrow on the camera to activate the wifi. Start this app and boom - beautiful video on my Samsung G6 Edge +. On Camera Set SSID in options and password Go into record mode and start recording a video Hit up arrow On phone Connect to the camera's SSID Authenticate with password Once connected start this app and click the tablet icon on the screen Boom - there ya go.

Does NOT work with SJ6000 fake SJCAM. Can connect to Cams WiFi but the screen goes blank when running the app and selecting to connect. Don't waste your time

Just got my camera and installed this app but I can't get it to connect properly.

Of corse sj6000 wont work beacause its only for acion cams

Blank screen on LG G4. Had I know I would not have buy a cam with WiFi features.

Works great connecting, but when you download the videos to Samsung Galaxy S7 the videos will not work..says wrong format. Bummer

It works very smoothly on my camera,so easy to transfer pic from camera to mobile with no time,easy to use & i love it! !

Fix that was broken fixed. Fix works emailed company resolved asap. Very good.

This app save video in"avi"file.. You need a video converter to change it to "mp4"file.. For more quality video

Does what it's supposed to do, took me a bit to figure it out as there was no instructions I could find anywhere. Turn on the wifi on the camera then I had to select the wifi device in my wireless settings on my android device, then use the app to connect to he camera. This is the only way I can get it to work.

Works ok. The UI looks bad but it works as advertised. Just need to know how to delete the pictures.

This is the only app that worked with my generic SJ8000 action camera after trying a lot of the apps here. Interface graphics could use some improvement and the in-app camera settings not 100% in sync with the actual cam (maybe because cam is 4k interpolated). But it works smoothly so thanks to the developer. To use this, connect first your phone/tablet's wifi to the camera (like a hotspot). Then open the app and click the in-app connect button on the app's opening screen, you will then get live video. You may click on the screen to see app options. As for the video, mine plays while in app but once downloaded to the phone/tablet you need a different video player because the native android video player doesn't play avi format. Not a problem of the GoPlus app but a camera feature. I use VLC player for that.
