star chat is a very fast chat app using wifi and do many functions :

1- first sign up
2- connect to a wifi network from available or create a hotspot from the app to others
3- you can see your (neighborhoods) and chat with them
4- you can see your new messages in (new) tap
5- you can edit your account from setup tap
6- you can select one of the available persons in your area and chat with them
7- you can send text , emotions , pics , record sound and send it , also you can take a photo and send it
8- record sound by continue pressing on the button that appear when you click the mic button .
