i can not login its been 4 days now

Never return emails. Do not answer phone and when you magically manage to speak to someone they promise you the world and nothing is done. 4 months on with countless issues been raised. Nothing done and now ignore calls. Fake reviews for great service for this. It's not possible as there is only 2 staff for this firm and they just can't manage

Best app with THE best customer support aftersales

Customer service is shocking, always saying they'll get back to you but always end up chasing them. All was good for the first year. Then the reminders didn't come through for the 2nd year. Now they have lost my data. Lost loads in revenue due to not knowing when my certificates are due.

Does what it says, brilliant app, highly recommended

I've persevered with this app for way too long and lost countless certificates into the bargain! I never understand all the rave reviews, as my experience with this software (on Android), has been appalling. Needless to say, we won't be re - subscribing to the service when our 12 month period expires.

Makes life a lot easier. Wondering what the minimum android requirements are as may pick up a cheap tablet to use it on rather than an s5

Everything works really well and easily. The only reason why I have not given this app 5 stars is if you have issued a certificate from your tablet you can not access or find the certificate on your smart phone. I only issue certificates from my tablet but it would be nice to be able to reference from my phone. I don't use the invoice option. Doesn't work on the nexus 6.

Customer service is terrible, they never get back to you. Problems are never solved. Would not recommend them.

Awsome app does all certs and invoicing truely amazing

Been using gas checker for over a year now. Brilliant app that saves time and paperwork. Customers really appreciate the professional quality of certs issued. Running on a Samsung tab not had any issues at all with reliability. Would highly recommend to other RGI's as a cost effective alternative.

Great app for Gas Safety certificates. Makes life easier with landlords and customers receiving their certificates straight away. Much better than paper copies.

The app crashes all of the time and the pdf cp12 generated on the app doesn't match the cp12 stored on the database. Very poor for compliance. Shame as it does have the potential to be very good

On my phone it shows that everything is fine, and when i look on my laptop dashboard, i open the files and on the certificates it doesn't show appliances, and when I sync sometimes the appliances comes up but after some time they disappear. Stuff like this started after an update to the new version on July or August

App plays up each time there's an up date ,it's currently usable on Android.Can't get them on phone or e-mail?. Whats going on?.

"we have currently stopped supporting devices less that 4.0 for which you are getting this." What does this mean, what is my device in relation & when was this announced? Then asking me to write to you if I face any issues????! I have been writing to you as previously stated since 29th July & still no response. I have again called this morning, no answer & mail box is full, yet again. The only response I get is here leaving a bad review??

It is great to see some gas software that isn't expensive and does what it says without the adverts. Have been using for two years with little trouble but now a commercial certificate has disappeared and there message inbox is full. Better off with the carbon pads.

This was a good app till they a, put the price up. b, changed the app for the worse by adding features that made doing a gas cert longer + things that don't work on android. Once I have my info onto another program I'm gone. Promises promises of things they are gonna sort and fix and I'm paying £12 a month. Anyway found one now that's 80 for the year much easier to use and it's got way more certs and can be used on loads of devices at the same time. Good bye broken gas checker and good luck.

We now use this for on the job invoices and print via a Bluetooth printer from a Hudl, a really cost effective solution to keeping the cash flow moving,

It's good and getting better. ..no more paper work all over the van etc. Simple to use

Having big issues. Invoices going missing, big sync issues and some of my invoices have got somebody else's stuff on them. Don't ask me how. Baffling. Think I'll be switching asap if this is not sorted and all issues resolved.

A great app, great service from Dan and team and developing all the time. Best thing since sliced bread

On android tablet been reasonably good product but last two automatic updates have glitches such as start up platform crashes (now resolved) and picker lists from rooms to appliances become now non existent, gave me very serious backlog to submitting cp12's today lost a lot of time in business today. Dan's customer communication and dedication to this software is impeccable. Still waiting for glitch problems to be resolved though then I can get paid for today's work. Keep up the good work Dan.

Very easy to use, once I had followed the instructions, them team got in touch when I emailed them with a problem and solved it straight away. Excellent service. The improvements are fantastic with the link up to invoices, great work guys!

I rate this! You do need to know how to work a tablet or the like, or have a child to help you set it up, and remember to save your work! I have just started using Gas Checker, and it has changed my way of thinking. I can email certs direct to clients, and tenants too, sending a copy to myself for my own records. No paper, no envelope, no stamp. Fifty certs and it will have paid for itself. If you can strip a boiler, you can use this. Worth buying a half decent tablet to use it on, too

excellent app, have been recommending this app to other gas engineers i know. can email safety certs to landlords based anywhere and this seems to go down well with them.

Happy so far . Ive upgraded . Brilliant app . Saves tonnes of paperwork . Its a must for gas engineers

Was good, now I have lost 3 days due to down time had to buy paper certs again. Downloaded the last 2 android updates and still cant log in.3 days down is far too long they need to get there act together. Moving to van cert bye bye still not sorted 11.04.14 6.30pm
