SARS Logbook

Just started using the app now and it seems to work ok except for 1 thing. When i log an entry manually it excepts my kilos that i enter but i can't seem to get access to the calendars below that to pick the date. Is this right or will the app automatically enter the date from the timezone on the phone?

Cannot back up or export my reports. I have emailed all associated contacts for the past month and to date, no-one has responded. My months of data capture has been wasted and am not sure how to recover from this.

I just came across this app now when I wanted to download the efilling app. Had a quick look how it works, and I love that you have an option either an online or manually captured trip. I've tried a few logbook apps before, but were never able to really utilise those apps because of not having those option. Thank you for under people like me.

Good app but some things are a bit confusing, like I can put a start address but no end address in and I can't manually edit the time. I am also unable to export my reports to email, gives me an "Unable to attach due to IO error".

I would very much like to use a "local is lekker app" but I haven't even opened it and it says app has stopped working. Please assist.

I have been keeping track of everything but now can't find how to submit my year's worth of entries to SARS? The export to email function of my reports says can't attach empty file in e-mail. Please help?

The app doesnt allow me to backup and I cannot email reports as an error message comes up saying "cannot attach empty file" How do you get your travel log out of the app?

Same issue as Annelise Vermaak, I'm afraid. I would still like to support the app if you can fix the error though.

I can't export my file, says can't attach empty file. I made an error I my mileage entry and I can't fix it now everything is wrong

Hard to use, looks ugly (if you are going to use Material Design components, at least follow the published guidelines). Can't edit anything once entered, can't manually set the date/time for a record, the list of shortcomings goes on and on...

I have the app and need to export my data and cannot, is there a way to do it as the backup function also is not working, i like the app as it is easy to use and very simple, can someone please address the issue and come back to us with a solution please.

Wanted to use the app for monthly fuel reclaims as well, as i travel a lot for work, end of the month comes around and the download report doesn't work at all!

Error : "Unfortunately, SARS Logbook has stopped." I give up. I installed this app for more than 5 times now and still dont open. I have android samsung galaxy grand neo plus.

Not intuitive enough. Cant change place name to something easy. Poor as a stsndalone app.

Doesn't even open after download. Seems to have major issues

When calculating the file cost for distance traveled. The cost on the app is doubled to what the actual cost is. You would think that an app affiliated with SARS would give you correct info.

Too complicated, tedious and user unfriendly.

Liked the app, but now my reports only go to November 2017 and I can't export anything. So all my data is lost.

Excellent App it makes things much easier to record your vehicle log.

Great App but need to Manually be able to edit the time and kilometers. If this can be done I'll definitely change my rating.

It keeos crashing when i try launching app

It's seems good. I want to use this for all travelling. Can I do so. Multiple vieichles? Not only used by myself?

If I want to insert the data from the beginning of the financial year and it's already May 2017 how can I do that?

Why does your app need access to my media and photos?

Load of bull!!!! Doesn't start up!! Waste of time, energy and data!!!!!

Generates blank reports so can't use it for travel claims.

The app does not open on my phone. I have the latest version. Also my Android devise should have no issues here.
