This isn't rocket surgery. When a customer emails you, you owe them a reply. When your app is supposed to import information from contacts, then it needs to import ALL contact information. Name, phone, Web address, email, EVERYTHING. NOT one or two things, EVERYTHING. This app is an epic fail.
