The main features are:
1) 12150597 stars up to mag 13.5 (125178084 stars up to mag 16.5 by use of additional extension-app gluntaic_faint_stars)
2) Solar System: Sun and all planets(8), major satellites. Observer can be located on any solar system body.
3) GPS/network location, accelerometer/magnetometer/gyroscope support, gestures: drag/pinch/rotate
4) change time and star brightness
5) Free: no money, no in-app-billing, no ads, no spyware, no unneeded permissions. No hidden cost for upcoming extensions. Free source code. This is amateur software, I get no financial benefit from doing this.
Please read Options/Help in the menu for detailed description and feature explanation.
What is NOT yet implemented:
- expansion file loading from within the app: the expansion files must be downloaded while downloading the app. This way no fishy permissions are required.
- Object selection and centering
- Object information
- Object searching
- Nebula
- Comets, asteroids, artificial satellites

Virtual stars, extremely responsive, with multiple projections or views. Allows to view from the perspective of other solar system bodies including other moons of planets. Most accurate and realistic lighting rendering I've seen, with texture shaded planets. Shadows on planets are missing tho **Edit**: there are shadows. Just my brightness was too high. It is essential to read OPTIONS: HELP I hardly ever download an app more than a few MB. This is worth the download 95/
