Does nothing upon clicking Flush DNS

Button starts as an image but after 15sec it changes to a real button, though once clicked says I need to be rooted so, no idea if works or not. But, despite was some reviews say, it is a clickable button, they were simply impatient. EDIT- rooted and tried app again, flashes up a Java runtime error twice and does nothing.
