2- At present, the 'TGV Pro' application only deals with business e-tickets (“Tarifs Pro”, “Tarifs fréquence”, “Tarifs négociés”)
3. Cancellation is only possible for e-tickets from SNCF approved travel agencies; reimbursement of e-tickets is made at the travel agency.
4. Some 2nd class e-tickets can be exchanged only in railways station or over the phone if the new price is different from the original title.

This app really is very handy. The bug for the rail card photo's been fixed but there's a new one: trips disappear 20 minutes before they're due to start. Bit frustrating

Mise a jour ratee, le swipe pour mettre a jour les trajets n'est pas pratique et il faut une connection data active pour afficher les trajets, car l'historique n'est pas gardee. Remettez en place la consultation de l' historique sans connection svp

Le seul interêt de cette enieme application sncf aurait ete de dematerialiser mon abonnement frequence. L application demande une adhesion sur le site web avant de planter. Une fois qu on peniblement trouve ou faire l adhesion sur le site on tombe sur une page inconnue. Bref. Inutilisable.

2015, l'année pour une application qui ne crasherait pas au démarrage ? Où l'on pourrait l'ouvrir sans page de démarrage qui nécessite une bonne couverture réseau ? Messieurs pensez donc que votre application est utilisée principalement dans les gares... J'en vient a me demander : testez-vous vos applications et faites-les-vous pour vos usagers ?

Functionally working well. All my reservations are correctly synchronised. A bit slow, but they are all there, from different cards. UI isn't very attractive though.

You updated it. Great. Now it doesn't crash. But with the new update, it doesn't allow to change trains quickly which was the very reason a pro wold want an application like this. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Voyageur quotidien en tgv cette application est très pratique pour échanger ses billets à la dernière minute et la gestion des billets pour les forfaits annuels. Néanmois on déplore de nombreux crashs sur android 4.2.2 rendant inutilisables certaines fonctionnalités pourtant fort intéressantes. Je dois forcer l'arrêt de l'application avant de pouvoir m'en servir. Elle ne parvient pas à rester active en multitâche.

I have been using this app for 18 months and I travel a lot by train (Grand Voyageur Le Club). When it works it's great. Pity it has so many bugs. Initially there was a problem with registering the fidelity card. Now, all card details have been reset and I cannot access my account details, since I am not allowed to log in. Pretty annoying.
