This perineal device works on the principles of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), which helps relieve pain and electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) that helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

MyPeriTens® acts on muscle building by using electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to provide a therapeutic component to managing perineal disorders, and is an effective alternative in the treatment of urinary incontinence by non-invasively generating electrical currents to the sensory and motor nerves. Exercises based on the Kegel method are also available in the app.
