How to book?
• Launch the app and view directly all available G7 around you. With 8,000 drivers in the Ile-de-France area, there is surely one close to you!
• You are automatically located or choose one of your favourite addresses.
• Book your G7 for an immediate departure or make a booking up to 14 days in advance
• Track the arrival of your taxi in real-time on the map. G7 does it all: you will receive all necessary information to quickly locate your taxi (licence plate, make and color of the vehicle).
• G7 let you the choice of payment means: Pay for your journey directly through the app by adding your credit card (you will automatically receive the invoice at the email address you provided) or pay your driver directly. All our taxis accept payment cards without a minimum amount (CB, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, Amex, JCB).
• During your trip or up to 7 days after your trip, rate your experience and help us improve our services.

Trop nul, on a attendu 10 ou 15 minutes un taxi qui est arrivé de l'autre côté de la rue. Le chauffeur ne voulait pas sortir du véhicule et ne voulait pas faire demi tour tout ça pour que l'on entre dans le taxi et que l'on paie plus à faire le demi tour. Des voleurs !

This app, as well as their services are just useless. Getting a taxi via the app adds extra (hidden) fees, when you enter your credit card infos they simulate a €1 transaction (but, be reassured, you'll not pay a dime, it is just to test your credit card validity...- I had never seen this before, it is just moronic...). Using the app is pure frustration. And, wait for the best: if you try to recover your lost password, they'll send you an email with your password, just there in plain text glory! LOL.

Pop up constant "technical error...service is unable to make delivery at this address...pls use the map to find address manually" beh ça ne marche pas non plus! Impossible de l'utiliser, honnêtement déçu dans ce monde mobil ! Il n'y a aucun retour des devs sur les commentaires comme les miens. Pour concurrencer uber faut sérieusement revoir cette app. Moi je reste chez Uber désolé G7 ! Faut dire qu'on a aucune confiance si on commande que le taxi ne va pas déjà avoir 10+€ au compteur en arrivant...

Most app development is subcontracted, and the G7 app now requires 8 types of permissions. Frankly, even if I somewhat trust G7, I have no idea who or where the current developers are, and I won't give them access to everything on my phone. Uninstalling. However, G7 is a great taxi service.

Careful! If you use this app the taxi ride will you a "supplementary fee" of EUR 4! Also, the cab drivers in Paris are dishonest, disrespectful and very impolite, trying to scam people all the time (locals and also tourists). Go for Uber, no regret!

When my car arrived, the meter was already at 15€ (in my case, but it can be much more and you can't know the amount in advance, according to the driver). Basically the driver starts the meter when you order the car and if he comes from far away, ouch...
