Dice 3D for Android
Using it for FATE dice, and thank you for even including them (so many programs don't). The only thing I'd like to see is a change in how the FATE dice roll is summed (a total instead of the number of each result), as well as the ability to make the result appear in the middle of the screen (or at least move where the result shows up). Thank you for all the hard work.
I love this app enough to buy the premium version. It has one thing, though, that drives me nuts. If I hit the back button to get out of a menu the program exits and I have to reload. A simple, "Are you sure you want to exit?" would fix that. That's me, though. Maybe others don't have that problem.
When dice count ends up equal to zero. For example is you have 4 dice displaying 0, 0, +1 and - 1. The text at the screen will not display an answer if there is a score modifier applied via the settings. Say I roll the before mentioned 4 dice with a modifier of +3 it will display the list of dice outcomes at the top of the screen with no answer when it should have relised the dice were equal to zero and then it should have added the modifier, ending up displaying an answer of zero. This is the only fault I have found with this nice little app so far. Definitely doesn't ruin the app because if I see there is no answer I just assume the answer is equal to the modifier but it would be nice to see the program actually give a response when this happens. Not just blank on me. There is nothing else I can really fault you for. Nice sounds, good texture work. Solid little program to use while playing dnd and what not, keep up the good work.
Great idea but crashes on launch on my Moto G4 7.0 Edit: I found out what happened. Whenever I have Twilight app turned on, which creates a red mask for eye protection, your app would become unresponsive. I found out because another app (Kaspersky) didn't work with twilight app running as well. Now that I tried it I can tell: very good app! Thanks for developing!
I regret to say that while the app has great customisation and range of dice, it doesn't work. I had played with the app to get used to it but the past few times it has only been able to roll when I shake my phone. It refuse to act when I swipe, touch the dice or tap the settings icon. I do hope this issue is solved as the app had such great potential when it worked.
I really like this app. I'm using it for dnd and it more than fits the bill. I love customizing my dice to my character. My only question is my group accused me of cheating because the app rolled high alot can anyone confirm that this app is truly random
I love the way it looks, however I cannot acess the menu. I'm assuming the small 3 dots in the corner are how I access it, but when touched they do nothing It makes me sad because it's a nice looking app UPDATE: Appearently it wasn't an app problem, the twilight app was interfering with it. I paused twilight and the app works fine.
Thanks a lot use this for my players in my D&D campaign and its so much easier than buys four dice sets and all we do is pass a phone around to role and this app helps a lot and I mean a lot so l would like you to role a dexterity check and times it by ten cause that's how many stars I want to give this app
I could never get bored of creating various dice and trying to make a game out of said dice. Sometimes I even make different colored dice just to see the amazing colors and effects. Although I do love this dice simulator dearly, I sadly also have a few minor complaints. First, the app can only be displayed on "Beautiful" or "Fantastic" quality for a small time before it auto-quits, leaving me unable to see the dice at their most beautiful quality. This is by far the worst thing, though. Second, while there are many colors to choose from, having a color selecting wheel (like in paint) would be even more fun! For example, my favorite color is a nice deep shade of fuchsia (or maybe even closer to cerise), and the closest I can get right now is purple. Don't get me wrong, though! I love all of the colors already made available,, I just want a chance to choose unique colors. Finally, and perhaps the most minor of the complaints I have, is the lack of more than three basic textures. Sure, metallic and glowing are super fun, but out of all the textures I really want to see is a transparent texture. Either way, I am looking forward to the next update!
Just thanks ;-) i don't know if i miss it, but i can not find a place to save on set of dices so i can have a different set of dice per different games i play. Could be a lot useful ;-)
Fantastic app. Would buy if Descent: Journeys In The Dark dice were available. Initially had the same issue with Twilight app. But easily fixed.
The best dice app I've tried and the only one with a really tactile feel. Only one improvement I can think of. The +/- slider is a bit sensitive. It would be good to have a calculator type adder for more complex games like rolemaster. Otherwise an excellent app!
Lovely (I use it a lot for passwords). But I can't see what the purchases might be. Difficult to buy with no clue!
A good dice app. Did what it says on the tin. Would be nice if you can change the list text color so you can use white custom backgrounds. Would also be cool if you could also upload images for the custom dice, especially d2 flat and d6, not just use strings.
This app truly deserves 5 stars, and I personally love it for all of my needs with die, the random outcomes, and realistic physiscs bring it all together, BUT at its current version I cannot customize my die or even change them on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Please look out for a problem, it may only be my phone, though :)
App is only good if it actually works. Was fine until I became a premium user, then everytime I try to open it I get "Dice 3D has stopped". Sent a few reports and still nothing.
Great app. Please add option for "freezing" selected dices for next throw - it would be useful for games like Yahtzee.
The app does what it should, but takes WAY too much battery. My phone got hot after 10 minutes the app was on
Doesn't work at all. I can't pinch the screen, I can't bring up the menu, nothing. The screen doesn't react at all.
Great look and works really well. I needed a dice while on holiday because the apartment we stayed in had board games but no dice. This was a godsend. Thank you very much!
Well, dice don't follow gravity ie tilting phone doesn't move dice at all, and dice throw is always the same.
Please fix the color palette for the S8+ for the full screen resolution. The left part where the white and black color side is not showing when on full screen
Was good when I could use it, but now I can only shake the phone to use the 2 dice it gives you to start. I know from earlier experiences that it works well enough, but now I can't even use it.
Not a super useful tool, hard to manage for dnd.
Deleted every app I don't use on a daily basis and still refuses to work. All I need is 20 sided dice man lol
Individual die control is unreliable. Irritating to control. Lg G6.
Not easy to use. Really really slow.
Graphics look nice but switching dice configuration is awkward.
By far the best and most unobtrusive die roller I have yet found. My niece loves it, too.
This is officially my favorite dice app. I'd recommend it to my mother.
Really cool dice app. The shake ability adds to the fun of rolling dice. Glad to have it for my next gaming session.
Does exactly what it says and includes a wide variety of dice types. Would recommend for someone who needs some dice in a pinch.
Perfection. Nice to see an app with such style and functionality. (Awesome to have the such great developer interaction too)
Only get d6. If you need other dice you need to pay
I get to play something like now!
That's amazing! To be fair, it's almost so easy as rolling real dices!
It has dice, but that's all that worked.
Looks good, sounds good, easy enough to navigate, and tons of die choices. Great app.
I like it my mom and me play it it's needs 5 stars ????

This app has more than enough dice to choose from, colour and material customisation for the dice and 'table' it is exactly what I wanted from a virtual dice app. The only issue I found was if you ran an app called Blue Light Filter - Nightmode it wouldn't let me change my dice. If you have any errors opening up the dice menu, try turning off other apps.
