Roller Derby Penalty Box

The timing of jammers are not correctly implemented. If jammer A goes to the box, and after 13 sec jammer B goes to the box, then A is released and B gets 13 sec penalty, so far all handled correctly by the app. But if jammer A returns to the box before B has served her full time, then by the wftda rules no swapping of jammer penalty times can happen - a penalty that has been shortened due to a swap with the other jammer cannot again be shortened! This app however does that - it releases jammer B even though B has time left to serve. This is completely wrong.
