Baticom Suivi de Chantier

Objectif :

Baticom Suivi de Chantier est un applicatif du logiciel Baticom. Il permet aux entreprises du bâtiment de réaliser la saisie du temps passé par leurs salariés sur les chantiers sur un support mobile (tablette & smartphone). La synchronisation entre Baticom Suivi de chantier et Baticom dispense l'utilisateur de toute saisie manuelle.


Principe de fonctionnement :

- Les chantiers sont créés dans le logiciel Baticom.
- Les salariés de l'entreprise sont également créés dans ce logiciel.

Ces deux informations sont synchronisées à partir du logiciel Baticom (installé sur le PC) pour que la liste des chantiers et des salariés soit disponible dans l'applicatif Baticom Suivi Chantier.

L'utilisateur sélectionne les chantiers sur lesquels il souhaite réaliser un suivi de main d'œuvre.
Pour chacun des chantiers, il va ensuite affecter des salariés.
L'activation d'un chantier permet de déclencher une heure de début des travaux. Sa désactivation enregistrera l'heure de fin de travaux.

Un récapitulatif des heures de début et de fin de travaux est accessible pour réaliser des rectificatifs manuels.

Une synchronisation à partir du mobile permettra de transférer les heures travaillées dans le logiciel Baticom.

Synchronization between Baticom Site supervision and Baticom exempt the user from any manual data entry.


Operating principle:

- The sites are created in the Baticom software.
- The company's employees are also created with that software.

Both information is synchronized from the Baticom software (installed on the PC) to the list of sites and employees to be available in the application Baticom Monitoring Site.

The user selects the sites on which it wishes to carry out a labor monitoring.
For each site, it will then assign employees.
