New English-Irish Dictionary for Android
It crashes. It's not ethical to leave a crashing app up and charge for it with no plan to update.
Crashes all the time (Android)
Great website and app when It works. Need some fixes as I constantly have to restart the app.
An t-iarratas is fearr :)
crashes frequently (kitkat). search box too small.
...aontaím le Conor Mary Foy thíos anseo go bhfuil cúpla rud le déanamh fós. Ba chóir go mbeadh sé saor in aisce agus ar ghutháin phóca gach páiste ar scoil, b'fhéidir !!???

This app is good, especially the recorded pronunciations. There are a few issues which are holding it back. There needs to be included an irish-english dictionary or else they need to make a companion app for this one, as it is one must use tenaglann.ie or something similar, it is quite annoying having to use two separate sources (one online) for translation. Favourites need to be changed so that single irish translations can be favourited rather than the full page. Verb conjugations would be welcome also.

Everything is spectacular, all that's missing is Irish-English. When I do things in Irish and don't understand the word, I go onto teanglann for irish-English, but on the app, I have to go onto the website to find the word. Once this is added in I'll rate it ⭐x5
This is a first rate app. It's very easy to use and a lot of work has gone into the content.
Focloir and its companion Teanglann are the best English-Irish and Irish-English dictionaries that have been made yet, and the best part is that they are being improved upon continually. This app version makes certain things from the website easier to use on a mobile device, such as playing audio clips, which is one of the greatest features of the Focloir dictionary. Also, the ability to access this wealth of data offline is a definite advantage. Excellent value for an excellent product!

This dictionary is one of the most important efforts concerning the Irish language in recent years! The app is just as easy to use as the web version. In fact, the pronunciation links are easier to click on in the app while on a mobile device versus the links on the site. Gaeilge abú!
Oibríonn an aip seo go maith. Éasca le húsáid. Ar fheabhas ar fad. Éifeachtach is praicticiúil. Is breá liom é. GRMA

Really handy wee app, would prefer Irish to English feature but it works fine, I haven't had any problems on either device I have used it on. See a lot of reports about it crashing but has never happened to me. Fingers crossed. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.
